I don't know why the reviews are so poor... I was hesitant to book because of the low reviews but being in the area didn't really have another choice so gave it a go. Their booking procedure is a little wonky but easy enough to figure out as they have plenty of last minute availabilities online. We booked it and went in, they do need to see the car before giving you an exact cost- but it was pretty accurate with the online prices. We got the silver package with add on dog hair removal. My car had SO MUCH dog hair everywhere and just sand from the beach in the mats and cracks. We actually asked them to clean the dog hammock (that goes over the back seat) as well since one you remove the hammock the seats were actually quite clean having hardly been sat on. I didn't know what to expect picking it up, but I have to say I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised! They did an AWESOME job, they were friendly, quick, and it was how much we were quoted. I took my car in to remove a couple of stains from the seat caused by an adhesive. I asked them if they could remove it. They said no problem. They told me to come back in 90 minutes because the seat would have to dry after they shampoo it. I came back and they told me they couldn't get out the stain because they didn't have the right cleaner. They also said I'd have to wait another hour because the seat still needed to dry. It actually took an additional 90 minutes. In the end they only charged me half price because they failed to remove the stains but they said they'd order the proper cleaner and call me to book another appointment. I never heard from them again. Stay far away! read more

Bait and switch warning. These photos are from after the job was done. I called in to book an appointment. I told them that the van was full of dirt and pet hair. The response was "no problem, we have a shop vac". Halfway through cleaning I get a call that it is going to cost more because of the pet hair. Fair enough, I have a furry dog and he was on one of the seats. However, the cost was to increase by 60%: an extra $50 on $85. I said just do the normal job. The seats didn't even get a once over with the vacuum though. The vacuum at the coin-op takes the fur off of the seat, I'm sure theirs would make a dent at least. They didn't so much as touch the back area at all. I almost drove away without all the stuff that used to be in my various compartments. I encountered a rude employee who used profanity when I asked when a policy change happened that forced him to charge me an additional $75 on top of the silver package for a few dog hairs on the back seat. I was able to book an appointment to get my car detailed with Classique Auto Spa. They have a nice setup on the P2 parking garage in the heart of Liberty Village. I booked the Silver Package - which is just above the basic car wash. The staff are super friendly and very customer oriented. My car looked like new after they were done with it. I'm the type that is usually disappointed with car wash places. I just returned from Classique Autospa. I hadn't been there in a while. Over 2 years to be exact. I was very impressed with 1) customer service - they are really attentive to your requests, 2) the quality of the work - I never had my minivan look so good (and I have kids and a dog that travel in our family vehicle), and 3) they went the extra mile. Stains in the carpet and upholstery that I never thought would come out DID. I can't find a car wash/detailing place that is this good in downtown Toronto. They are a little hard to find - (underground parking) under the LCBO and Starbucks. But they are worth it. read more

I feel like it could have been better, especially with the rave reviews posted so far. I went in with a Teambuy for the interior shampoo and vacuum. I guess maybe I expected a little more but they did an ok job. The car had not been vacuumed for over a year and they did a good job. Just wish they could have wiped down the dash and the plastics. Note the Teambuy said shampoo the carpets and salt removal. $34 and you could get a basic exterior hand wash for $15 Their actual packages For these two services are $50 so by getting the team buys you're not save that much money. But I was desperate to have this done. The car wash is located under the 85 Hannah parking lot. Super confusing for first timers. Follow the signs for Goodlife and you'll get there. My family has been coming here for years as we all live in the King West area and this place has always been busy every time you drive in you're welcomed by someone and it was a great spot until new management arrived. Today an arrogant and unpleasant person aggressively spoke to us like we were children when we asked to have the usual. This new manager who reluctantly gave his name, VICK, apparently runs the place now and we aren't surprised there was absolutely no cars = business is slow and we are pretty sure we know why. Very happy with my first experience at Classique. Their website is well designed and it was easy to see the service they were offering and booking an appointment with them. When I went to drop my car the groomer was very friendly and double-checked what I have selected. He also asked me when I needed my vehicle back which is nice. I took the silver package ($65). Allow yourself about 1h30. Once I returned I was very pleased at the result! It looks like the car was straight out the dealership. They did a great attention to all the details. Normally in the past I wouldn't hesitate to give them a 5-star rating. Not this time however. I've been bringing my car there several times a summer for the last few years with no issues. Today when I brought my car in, the guy working (who was late by the way) proceeded to 'inspect' my car for pet hair. With his little flashlight, he said that he found some 'pet hair' on the back floor mats. First of all, I don't even have a pet, which I explained. Second of all, there's only ever been passengers in he back of my car maybe 2-3 times so how 'pet hair' was on the floor mats is ridiculous. The mats were barely dirty due to lack of passengers in the back seat. He proceeded to explain that it would be an extra $50 to remove the 'pet hair', on top of the $75 I would already be paying. Really? I told him to leave the back mats as is and just clean the rest of the car and he said he could not do that. If I wanted the car cleaned I would have to be charged the 'pet hair' fee. I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was dumbfounded that this guy was actually trying to charge me an extra $50 to vacuum a bit of dirt. He said the 'pet hair' policy is explained in the email confirmation I got for my appointment, which I did read, but not actually having a pet, you'd think it wouldn't apply to me. So here's a warning to all non-pet owners! You likely have pet hair in your car according to these 'professionals'! Reading other reviews here it seems this situation is happening often, it must be pretty lucrative if customers are actually paying the fee. They lost a long time customer today. My initial visit was for the Silver detailing service and headlight restoration. The problem was that the only person qualified to do the restoration happened to be the owner, Dean. He was no where to be found at scheduled appointment time. Last minute he showed up and began the job. He advised me through his rep, Marley that I needed a follow up on another day. So I show up for the scheduled follow-up and I'm told the guy has left the country on vacation... Marley was very apologetic and offered me a half-off voucher on my next visit. Booked another appointment and was informed the restoration supplies for the job had to be ordered in - "Come back on Saturday and we'll do the work free of charge." I came back on Saturday at the scheduled time, and guess what? The guy is MIA! Again. What the... Not going to be fighting Liberty Village traffic for a waste of my time anytime soon... read more

I have been there quite a few times now, and am always extremely satisfied. They pay attention to your special requests and do their very best to meet your expectations. I waited there once and was impressed by how hard the guys work on cars. Plus, they care about customers... One time, the owner even gave me sound advice to fix a rust spot on my car. I usually get the basic interior/exterior package, and the value is great (professional detailing at a very affordable price). I wanted so badly to love this place, but I was extremely disappointed. I paid $200 for the silver service plus wax. The work is very shoddy. One of the interior mats was clearly not cleaned, and they missed a lot of spots when wiping down surfaces and vacuuming. It looks good from far, but it's far from good. Count me as another fan. Took my Toyota there yesterday for an interior clean. It arrived grungy - salt, dog hair & drool, black stuff on the seats from a camping trip, you name it - and left spotless. Dropped it off in the am and picked it up after work, which was convenient. Rem & his guys are all very nice and professional - not like the hungover malcontents you see working at some of these places. I'll be back. I have now been contacted several times by the company, but again, they make up any excuse why the damage could not happen there, but the auto body seemed to think it was plausible... and they mentioned nothing to me about how they could tell the age of the scratch, as the car wash is claiming it's "old damage". I would advise to look elsewhere if you want proper customer service. I've been to Classique with my vehicles quite a lot but the idea of customer appreciation and service is pretty foreign to these people and no longer exists. I was charged $200 extra on top of my $200 cleaning after spending $1000's here because I didn't pick up my car on time. Only one phone call and no follow-up calls because its just another way for them to make money by charging a storage fee which is not explained up front or in their service agreements, actually there isn't a service agreement and the database keeps forgetting who I am. This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I would not recommend this place and you are better off going to another detailer. read more

The guys who work here are very friendly and accomodating. It's about $70 for an interior/exterior clean (SUV). I have taken my full size SUV here a few times now and the service has been excellent! My car has been cleaned perfectly each time so far. Most importantly for me, my car was dried thoroughly after the wash. Other detailing spots often didn't dry the exterior properly which made water trickle down my trunk and roof when I started driving. If I could give this place a -10 I would. I arrived to pickup my car on the agreed date/time and I was told my car was not ready (no one called to let me know either). Not a big deal, but it did irk me. I show up the following day and one of the attendants show me the car. It looked nice, however when I tried to drive away something did not feel right. The car made a noise and it felt like the breaks were on. I stopped and got out of the car. The car was leaning to one side like it had a flat. It did not, on closer inspection I realized the front shocks were gone on the driver's side. I showed the car to the attendant and demanded an explanation. The owner was nowhere to be found so I got the attendant to call him. I told him that I want him to pay for the damage that they had done to the car while it was in their care. He would not budge and would not even refund the payment either ($150) that I had already paid unfortunately!!!! After a long arguement I told him that this is no way to do business and got the car towed to a garage nearby. It cost me 300+ bucks to replace the shocks. Suddenly, it all made sense why my car was not done on the agreed day. They knew the shocks were broken and were probably trying to figure out in a panic what to do about it! Bottom line, NEVER EVER LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE CROOKS. read more

Located in P2 (three sharp rights and straight ahead) to arrive at the end of the parkade where you will see multiple vehicles parked and being detailed. The woman in the office is very personable and professional. They did a good job on the Silver Package for $70 including tax. The persistent salt stains around the pedals and ground into the carpet require more effort but I expect would be fully dealt with in the $300 package which is probably worth it once a year in Toronto. read more

I have been using Classique Auto Spa off and on for 10 years now. Brought in my suv last week and honestly it was pristine but I wanted it perfect. I paid for the silver service and the following were not done that was apparently included in the silver service, did not dress the dash, did not clean the mats, did not vacuum the trunk, did not vacuum under the back seat mats, lastly did not attempt to clean any dirt on the drivers side or vacuum properly. Maybe the lighting was too dim and the car looked clean so they thought to skip it?? I called to complain and was treated like what I was asking to be done was way beyond the scope of a car detailing company. The hand wash and dressing of the tires were about the only thing that was done well but cost me 100 bucks! Pretty pricey hand wash!! I ended up detailing it properly myself. We took our car there on Saturday to have it fully detailed and they wound up leaving the lights on for long enough to completely fry the battery. Even after jumping it and driving it for several hours, it still wouldn't start on it's own. We had to replace the battery. While the employee there owned up to his mistake an apologized, management has been completely hostile towards us asking them to cover the costs of repairs and wouldn't return our calls. We had to go there - TWICE - in person to get them to face their error. When we told him the car was dead for several hours, he started flipping out saying it's impossible that it was dead for '7' hours - that's not we said - several means more than 2...not 7. But he couldn't let this go. When we finally boosted the car, the clock read 1:06 pm but it was after 4 pm. They had it just running with the lights on - which won't charge the battery. In the end, they paid only half what we had to pay to have the battery replaced. Great customer service guys!! read more

I have read some of the other posts and I am not sure if they are going to the same place really. Where can you get the level of detail the silver package provides for 60? I have paid over 200 for a similar cleaning. I find the regular staff to be alright but given their sole job is to clean the car I dont expect anything special. The owner and management are very helpful, i have never called and it went to voicemail they always answer or call back. My car is an exotic(AM) and I have complete confidence in them to take care of it and be careful with it. Perhaps buying groupons and teambuys for $30 are attracting a certain type of client they dont deserve and the esso drive-thru would be better served. I emailed ahead to book an appointment for a Saturday morning. When I arrived I noticed they were very busy and that my car wouldn't be done for another 2.5 hours - not a problem as I had plans for the afternoon. When I came back to pick it up I was impressed at first glance with how everything looked. When I got in to leave I did notice that the mats were wet, but not washed. I'm happy they took the mats out and rinsed them, but if they washed them they wouldn't have still had dirt on them. Other than that, the interior was wiped down and vacuumed, and the windows were all sparkling. Over all I was very happy and would definitely return. read more

My first time going to Classique. On arrival I noticed all the high end cars and wondered whether this was the right place for 16 year old Toyota. I was greeted, walked through the various packages and later they called to ensure I was okay with a later pickup time (I was a drop in with no appt) They did a great job. I swear the car performs better after the wash! But maybe more importantly, the cleaning team seem happy. They were polite, friendly, and looked like they actually got a salary, unlike other places where you have to wonder if they get paid at all. read more
