What a terrible experience. Damaged my car. This place does a lot of high end cars, so I thought it would be trustworthy. The owner assured me of how great their reputation is, but they did a TERRIBLE ROOKIE JOB. Chipped the clearcoat off my car (a huge piece), left wax all over the car, and did not to any real 'detailing'. Owner said because my car was repainted improperly in the past, their cleaning took off the clearcoat. They should have known better. I've been washing it for 3 years and there was never a problem. They said that the left over wax was 'normal' and exposes itself. I took it to the dealership and they laughed and said they would never accept a car that was that poorly detailed. Outside of paying for the detail, it cost me $400 to repaint. The owner said he would give me my money back because he has an outstanding 'reputation' and doesn't need the money. When I came to pick it up, he would only give me 1/2 ! He went back on his word. That really upset, outside of his rudeness and inability to be accountable and accept responsibility. I had my car in MCD yesterday and I can't believe it was the same car I picked up. Feels like I have a brand new car. Their work was cut out for them because I have two small boys who often snack in the car and it was so dirty inside I didn't think it was possible to ever get it clean but these guys are magic. My kids may never be allowed to eat in my new car again lol. 100% recommend these guys. Staff are super nice too. read more

Stumbled upon this place, nice guys, they quoted me a price, told me it would take 30 mins for in and out cleaning and wash of my Acura SUV. Returned 30minutes later as they were giving it the last wipe. As promised and advertised, convinient and good price. Didnt see the older reviews till after my car was done....no idea what thats about but this place is good by me! read more

I took my car there and left it about 4 hrs. Upon returning the car still wasn't finished and the interior and exterior detailing were not adequate. A example was some dirt and grime still left on door plastic side panels . Establishment charged me 250.00 for a bad detailing period. I do not reccomend this business establishment. read more

Eeeeesh....what a sketchy place and staff. I had obtained a coupon on buytopia for a car detailing at this place. I had called 3 weeks prior to my appointment as I have a fairly busy schedule and wanted to make sure I could get the car back within a decent time. The guy on the phone was very flexible and said "No problem, bring it in at that time and we'll have you out within 2 hours tops." The moment I drove in, I got a bad feeling about this place. Not to state the obvious, but this place looked quite dodgy. I walked inside the garage to be greeted by a guy wearing sunglasses in the back of the garage. He told me to go see some other guy outside, whom then referred me to another guy. I'm now told that there are 2-3 people ahead of me and that my car would have to be left there all day. Needless to say with this amount of time I could detail the car myself likely 4 times before they'd be done with it. With their level of professionality I assume I'd be doing a better job anyways. I simply left right away and claimed my losses on the coupon. Use at your own risk!!! But trust me....go see the place first and you'll know what I mean. read more

I had a coupon that I bought online for a full detail with shampoo of upholstery (silver package). Took the car in and they said that it was only for a hand wash and wipe down. Very dissapointing as the seats needed some TLC. They also ran the car while cleaning...which was weird. I had purchased two of these coupons to use, and when I returned later in the summer (since I had already bought it) they refused to clean the car because it had expired. There was no expiry on the coupon, which I clearly pointed out. But they wouldn't budge. The deal site I had used also wouldn't give me a refund, and has since gone under. read more

Just moved into the neighbourhood and Maximum is just around the corner. The area is tough on cars...tree sap, tree and other droppings and lots of dust. I walked by one day was given a brochure outlining the services and a card to contact the shop. Popped in the following day, opted for the Platinum service and left the car for the day. The guys did a great job. Removed the tree sap and restored the exterior shine. The inside was spotless and the remaining salt stains from the winter were finally gone. They even cleaned the engine compartment for good measure. They insisted I inspect the car, in detail, to make sure I was happy... and I was. Great job! L. read more

We got a deal thru Buytopia and didn't know what to expect. It did feel a little dodgy, but I guess there was really nothing to be concerned about. The fact was we got a great deal, they did good work, it was fast - we simply handed the keys over and came back later and all was done. We handed the coupon over and away we went. Brought in a vehicle from Japan without the knowledge that the previous owner was a smoker. To say the least it was literally rank inside. I tried Fabreeze and a variety of other deodorizing products that only worked nominally. Toyota dealership recommended this company so I called and made an appointment. Well they did a complete interior shampoo followed by a deodorizing bomb. Well the tobacco smell is gone and the interior is spotless. They went out of their way to accommodate me and to make sure I was satisfied with their work. read more

I have some scratches on my car. I asked them if he could buff them out. He said yes, no problem. I got the car back and the scratches were gone until it rained. No only did the scratches come back but there were buffed in swirl marks to boot. I think he should not have accepted the payment if you could not deliver the promise. Don't try to cover up the scratches with black colour match polish. It is just going to wash off. read more

Worst. Detailing. Ever. They ruined my paint job and I needed to spend nearly $2000 to have it corrected. They clearly have no idea what they are doing and should stick to vacuums and washes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more
