My car had SO MUCH dog hair everywhere and just sand from the beach in the mats and cracks. We actually asked them to clean the dog hammock (that goes over the back seat) as well since one you remove the hammock the seats were actually quite clean having hardly been sat on. I didn't know what to expect picking it up, but I have to say I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised! They did an AWESOME job, they were friendly, quick, and it was how much we were quoted. I had gotten the day off and was going to surprise my hubby with the gift so I was pretty disappointed that the shop was not open once I gotten there. Sean, the owner said he called me multiple times to notify me. However it seems that he had gotten my number wrong. He did try to compensate me by offering to do the service on the following Monday with complimentary pick up and drop off service. I had to email him 3 times on fri, sat and sun and finally decide to call him on sun to confirm. He did confirm the appointment via phone. He came on time as expected at 11 am and was able to get the car back to me at around 2pm. My husband was happy with the service as the car was very dirty and had a lot of salt build up. Sean did a great job at the detailing tho I wished my original appointment was honoured.

It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

North in Brampton…read more I paid approximately $64 taxes included for the Works Plus package, which included both exterior and interior cleaning of my truck. After leaving, I stopped at a gas station and inspected the truck more closely. I immediately noticed fresh scratches on the plastic trim at the top of the dashboard above the steering wheel. This is a very tight area to clean, and based on where the scratches are located, it appears something such as a bracelet, metal bangle, or contaminated cleaning cloth may have rubbed against the plastic while the dashboard or windshield area was being wiped. My truck is new, with protective plastic still remaining on some interior panels, and I am extremely meticulous about the condition of my vehicles. I am confident these marks were not there before the cleaning. I returned and spoke with the manager/owner expecting the situation to at least be taken seriously. Instead, he immediately denied that his staff could have caused the damage, argued that the scratches must have already been there, and ultimately walked away without offering any solution or taking responsibility. Mistakes can happen when detailing vehicles. What bothered me most was how the situation was handled afterward. If a customer is bringing forward damage immediately after receiving a service, I would expect the concern to be properly inspected and handled professionally rather than simply dismissed. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with a high-end or newer vehicle. If damage occurs, my experience suggests you may have a difficult time getting management to acknowledge or address it.

I was told it would take a couple of hours but I told them to take their time as I wasn't in a rush and had the day off work. I wasn't sure what to expect. Around 5:30pm I called to check in with the status and they told me it was ready! When I got to the shop I could already see the beautiful shine on the exterior and the tires! Wow! Then when I opened up my car door, I get like it wasn't even my car! The guys here did a fantastic job! I couldn't recognize my own car. It felt like the day it felt when I bought her! I really liked that they also didn't misgender me. As someone who is part of the lgbtq community, this is something I always encounter. And I for sure thought I would encounter it at a business where he employees are men. But nope. They called me ma'am and it may seem minuscule to some but to me it meant a lot! They are honest guys doing honest work, and you can tell from the vibe at the shop that they are focused, professional and won't dick you around! I will be definitely going back for my car needs!

When I arrived, they clearly were busy but said they would have it ready in a couple of hours. Sure enough, when I called them, it was ready. They did an outstanding job. The exterior clean is far better than any machine wash (naturally). The floor mats looked almost new again, which is saying a lot seeing as I have an 11 year old vehicle. Everything inside was dusted and polished. Shampooed. The main reason I brought it in, though, was a drunken passenger had an accident the previous weekend. Vomit was everywhere between the passenger door and seat. Not an easy area to clean. I, of course, did not bring the car in like that but after cleaning up as best we could, the smell still permeated badly. The smell is gone now and the affected area looks good enough to eat off. The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.
