Success is a double-edged sword. On one hand you do really well you feel good about yourself you get to eat better food, buy nice clothes... On the other hand you start to develop an ego, and think that your customers need you more than you need them. Big mistake. I had been coming to this place for over 10 years and unfortunately the customer service has drastically changed. I called asking if I could come in, they said they're fully booked. I said do you have anything available for this week and it was almost as if I was insulting him to ask that. Then I simply asked a clarification question and his response "I just told you that". Nice one bro. The worst part of it is they only book appointments one to two days in advance... I mean what kind of a business does that? The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. Because my only job in life is to chase you around so I can give you my money right. *Note: I called on Monday to book for Thursday... Either book appointments or don't...and maybe figure out a better booking system, consider a credit card number to hold the spot. They did a great job on my exterior (hand) car wash. $20 for a SUV.. not too bad for a hand car wash in Toronto I guess. Its in the Sheppard/ Yonge building, on level P3. I don't know if they validate parking or not... the guy saw the Goodlife card attached to my keys, and recommended I go get validation there. Next time I'll go get a quick work out while my car gets washed. Awesome job. My car was spotless after. Very happy. Will definitely return. FYI prices on website are outdated. read more

I decided to go to this place because of the good reviews at Yelp and because I live nearby. My USV was dirty in the interior and exterior due to the snow and having it uncleaned for at least the past 5 months (yes, waiting for a perfect time that didn't arrived). So I headed to their place which is located at the Sheppard Centre underground parking. I was received by Patrick who is a very nice person and after agreeing the price for a FULL detailing (interior and exterior in the range of $100 - $140) I asked him that I would like to have the car ready at least in 3 hours. He promised he would do his best. After 2 hours he called me saying the car was ready!!!!! When I saw my car I was speechless with such a professional cleaning!!!! OMG I was really excited with the quality! When I was about to leave I realized that I forgot at my house the ticket to get outside the parking lot (yes, women are like that!) and you know what? He offered to bring me home to pick it up as I live 5 minutes from their location. That is customer service!!!!! I'm so glad I found this place after frantically looking to detail my car(doggy accident on the car seat) on a saturday afternoon! I've gone to other car detailing places before and honestly none of them made me want to return. I knew I found the right place after seeing the reviews on Yelp and speaking to Patrick on the phone. He was super nice when I told him about my doggy accident on the phone and told me to come in right away. Rambo was highly recommended by my picky car brother. He comes here every 2-3 weeks. So I knew they were going to do an awesome job. It was super easy to book the appointment online. I booked for the Interior Shampoo package, which starts at $125. Prices might vary if your car is super dirty like mine. Very understandable. Carpet Vacuumed Salt Stain Removal Carpet Floor Mats Brushed, Shampooed, Deodorized Leather surfaces cleaned with leather specific cleaner Vinyl surfaces cleaned with enzymatic, non-toxic cleaner and steam Upholstery type seats shampooed Interior deodorized Windows cleaned Approx 3-5 hours The car was super dirty inside as my dad had the dogs in there. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE. I could almost feel Pat's pain when he went to inspect it. He asked when I needed it back but I wasn't in a hurry and said I could come back anytime. I was told it might take between 3-5 hours. They are probably willing to meet your deadline. I was given a quote so there were no surprises. Pat was very nice and even validated my parking ticket for me since my brother goes so often. I dropped off the car off at 2:15pm and received a call around 4:45pm saying the car will be ready in an hour. Sure enough, it was all ready by 5:45pm. Excellent service and job well done. The car was spotless and no sign of any dog hair and looked as though I had picked it up at the dealership. The carpets were drying still (might need a few more hours to dry). But they definitely washed and got rid of any pet dander, etc. I liked that they used non toxic cleaners so I was not bothered by the scent at all. If I ever need to get the car cleaned again, I'm definitely coming back to Rambo. Located at P2 (look for signs). I was surprised that data worked at P2. read more

Me and my friend went there first and were greeted by the owner with a warm attitude and were told we needed to make reservations. He took a look at our cars and gave an estimate, told me 'You'll be happy about the work'. He was right. I am really satisfied about the cleaning. My SUV was pretty dirty after a long winter. But it was extremely clean (inside & outside) when I got it. Took them less than an hour and half to get both mine and my friend's car done. The price is fair too. Cleaning job was well done. Cons: 1. Actual price paid doesn't reflect what is advertised on their website - $125 for interior shampoo but ended up paying $150+tax (after negotiating). After I arrived, they asked for $160 right off the bat after a quick inspection of the interior. They claim $125 is the starting price for smart cars... Website's disclaimer is that "additional fees apply for heavily soiled areas on all services" but I think that's subjective (I didn't think my car's interior was heavily soiled since it did not have any of the interior extras listed on their website which includes smoking, pet hair, salt removal, mud, vomit and spills like milk or gas). Regardless, I was prepared to pay extra because I know my car was dirty but didn't expect it to be that much. 2. Located in an underground parking garage so parking is additional ($7 all day on weekends; may be more on weekdays) unless you shop in the Sheppard Centre. At Winners, you could validate your parking ticket with purchases of at least $25. Also, signage for Rambo's is poor and garage is like a maze and not easy to navigate. 3. They charged 15% tax instead of 13% HST... am I missing something? 4. Customer service attitude could be much better, you are providing a service after all. Overall, I think I could've gotten the same level of service for a better price without any of the surprises or attitude I received at Rambo's. read more

To get to them it's in the underground parking. Level 3 their are signs but they are small! My car was a mess and they did a great job Will and his colleagues (who's name I can't spell or remember). Both guys were Very nice and kind so for a hand clean job it's great. They told me they would cover the parking but when I went up I have to pay $3.50. Perhaps it took to long to get from level 3 to the top hens the payment. I'm not sure. In short I would come back but only when my car needs it done again. Patrick and crew do a great with my car from top to bottom, that is why I still go to them till this day. They are very thorough and hard working. The business has grown and Pat has more helpers now, but everyone there is still very friendly and polite. Getting parking validated could be tricky as mall management no longer offers free passes. One guy from Rambo actually went up with me just so that I could exit the garage for free using his pass. I feel bad about putting even one star in for this place I had soap spilled on the carpet (rear passenger seat behind the driver) so I had to take it in to dry off the carpet and decided to do inside detailing to get rid of salt since I am going there anyway. Came in everything seems cool I have left my car at 11 am and told the guy to call me when the car is done. 3 pm no calls, I have called them back on what the guy was "yeah the car is ready". I came in carpet on the back was still same wet - I was told by the guy that they have worked on it just needs sometime to dry....bull soap is still there. I gotta give it to them they did a good job removing salt, however some places were cleaned poorly. Was quite expensive 190 plus tax plus you will be paying for parking as location is inside the parking lot of major intersection!!!!!ridiculous +$16. as I drove home I have noticed that floor mat on front passenger seat is missing, of course called on what I have heard few stories: - he started with "they are in the trunk" I said I checked and nothing was there - then he said "oh yeah it was where the soap was - there were no floor mat there" as above soap was in the rear side not front" - then he said "hold on I will check with the owner" when he returned he said that owner said that there was no carpet which is another bull Very disappointed, not gonna go there again ever and would not advice to anyone read more

This was my first detailing of my 10 year old mercedes. Rambo cleaned it inside and out with no stones unturned. They are energetic professionals who did a fantastic job on my old car and brought out the shine I never knew existed. Now my car looks brand new inside and out ready for the showroom. Unwilling paid and hoped it should clean the car inside out. But it is so disappointed when picked the car, the floor carpet still salt. He is the owner and he ensures that your car is extremely clean inside and out for such an affordable price. What I like about Rambo is their fast service but top quality work, I usually get my car cleaned interior & exterior and it's done in 40 minutes for only $40 (BUT prices may vary depending on car). They clean literally everything up to my cup holder..your tires, rims if you have them, all the salt from the winter driving is also gone, even the stains on my car seats all disappeared! As you can tell, i'm an extremely satisfied customer so I've brought several friends so far and they became regulars too like me! I went to Rambo Carwash last Saturday around 4PM. They normally close down at 5PM on Saturdays and I was wondering if they will be able to do it before they close as I have a big SUV. I called in and the gentleman on the phone was really wonderful & asked me to bring it in. I was nearby and arrived in 5 minutes, explained what I needed done and was informed that it should be ready in 30 minutes or so. I went for an outside wash, clean the interior and wash the rubber mats. I went upstairs to Sheppard Center and bought some stuff from Winners because I needed to get my parking validated (Rambo does not validate the tickets). I came back in 20 minutes or so and to my surprise the SUV was ready! It looked amazing. They even took care of the little corners which most car washes overlook. I was pleasantly surprised. The people at Rambo were courteous and wonderful. I would highly recommend it to everyone here. I am sure you will not be disappointed. All the best :) read more

after reading all this great reviews i went in today, was extremely disappointed. Waited 3hours paid $16 for parking and $100 for the car. I left in a hurry and did not really look at the car i assumed it would be fine. After leaving the garage and being in the light i could see that they hadn't even wiped the dash down. The floor mats were dirty and floor not even vacuumed I called and complained the young man was very nice told me to bring it back. After bringing it back he agreed that they had done a bad job. I waited half an hour and my car was returned, better than before but not really anything to brag about like i see in the other reviews. Started going to this place about 3 years ago. My car is a 2004 and I have tried many places before that disappoint my experience and I just get tired and do it myself in my driveway until I start going to Rambo as I was referred through a friend. The guys there have lots of knowledge and they waxed my car and it looked better than when I picked it up at the dealer in 2003 in Markham. I decided to write this review as I was talking to one of their customer there and they found out about them through the internet by reviews. So I want to write one for them as I am their regular customer for 3 year and I am very happy with the product and service and convenience of appointment times they offer. I don't expect anyone to be perfect but I expect people to try their best. Rambo has exceeded my expectation but most important is that they put my mats in my car properly as my car is very organized and I know when anything is out of place.
