Ruined factory paint. 2 small dents in the car and Door handles never worked right after I had to take it to dealer. Lost a part of the trunk liner and broke the window trims on both sides, Shark fin on roof still loses to this day, mirrors are not strait plus so much more. They say it's under warranty but good luck actually getting anything done. Just excuse after excuse the wrap looks like shit and I didn't even get the colors and options that I asked for and payed for. Told time and time again they will fix it but since early spring nothing but excuses and after seeing all the damage they did to I don't want these people ever touching anything I own ever again. Wrap work was lazy and looks horrible. All scratched and you can see where it was wrinkled when in the sun. Now I have to head to a court room as no solution has been offered. STAY AWAY

Their new shop in Stouffville is quite a bit larger, and although it's farther for me to get to, I still make the trek because it's one of the few places I'd fully trust to take care of my vehicle. There are many PPF shops in the GTA but only a handful where you truly get staff with the experience and skill for seamless PPF installation, including bespoke pieces where the usual template cut-outs just don't fit as well. They also provide ceramic coating for the chassis, wheels, and calipers, tinting services, and dash-cam installation. On occasion, I've had them look into some custom installations (e.g., front plate magnet mount), which were done incredibly well and professionally. And speaking of professionalism, Steven has always stood behind his installations and his standards are very high. As with any PPF installations, things can shift and loosen after it settles (even months after install), and he has always taken the time to make it right again. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Elevated Auto for any of your vehicle cosmetic needs!

I am completely blown away, how Zu has made her paint Deep Marsala Red pop. He made even the matte black plastics look better than new. She was a floor model, so didn't even look this good directly off the showroom floor. If you have a bike and want it to look it's absolute best, you MUST see Zu.
