Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. I need based on how I use my car. He will always give his recommendation on whether purchasing more or protecting other parts is needed or not, and will not impose the sale on you. I only have three photos recently of the PPF saving my car most recently being someone scratching the PPF on my door to the point where the PPF was damaged, but not the paint below. Another time I had Rex fix PPF on my bumper when a rock hit it when I was driving it tore through the PPF but my bumper was safe. Because they hand cut their PPF you will see that the edges and corners are wrapped and tucked in versus the traditional machine cut, which gives your car more protection. I also had my windows tinted and Car ceramic coated when I brought it in for a PPF as well. Pricing varies based on your car size and add-ons you want so it would be best to call in to get your quote.

It took roughly 2 hours to tint 3 windows which is the time that was estimated. The "Do not roll down windows" stickers were really useful during the setting period which they recommend 3 to 5 days. I am 100% satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Mr Tint. Pros Able to make an appointment in advance, the owner uses Whatsapp. Free wifi in customer lounge. They provided a 10year warranty. For windshields they said this warranty does not apply, as windshields are not allowed to have any tinting according to Ontario laws. Cons The technician stuck 3 stickers directly onto my odometer, which I certainly did not appreciate. I have emailed the owner to advise the technician to avoid doing this in future. Did not provide a written quote, the technician only provided a verbal quote. Customers cannot see the work being completed. They drive your car to the back of the shop. I would have preferred to watch the work being completed. The shop is located in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Most customers simply waited in the lounge area with a couch and cable TV. Protip - If I had known they were going to remove and not be able to re-install my dashcam and 407 transponder, I would recommend removing all stickers yourself prior to the appointment. I decided to get my rustproofing and window tint done at Uniglass Ziebart on the recommendation of a family member. Jody, the owner, was friendly and helpful from the start. When I booked my appt, they had a special which included paint protection (a good coat of glossy wax). It was much cheaper than the gimmicky device my dealership was trying to sell me for rustproofing and the cost of their window tint. I have to take my car in to Uniglass Ziebart for annual rustproofing touchup so I have them re-apply the paint protection at the same time. Aside from some very minor surface rust spots, my car looks like brand-new. Every 2 yrs, I get an inner clean service which brings back the 'new car' smell. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Chrysta who has been really great. The inner clean and paint protection was approx. $270 with tax. Well worth it, in my opinion, especially because I'm going to enjoy car-payment-free months for many years (if I can help it) and this maintenance goes a long way.

My wife and I arrived at the shop gave David a call to let him know that we are here since it is appointment only during this time due to Covid 19 and we felt very safe with their rules and guidelines. The shop is also very clean and tidy. David gave us a time line for approximately 1 week for the car to be ready which we didn't mind as long as the car was wrapped with PPF properly we didn't want a rush job. Fast forward one and a half week as we picked up the car on Friday and we were amazed with the work that David and his team performed.
