Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. Their new shop in Stouffville is quite a bit larger, and although it's farther for me to get to, I still make the trek because it's one of the few places I'd fully trust to take care of my vehicle. There are many PPF shops in the GTA but only a handful where you truly get staff with the experience and skill for seamless PPF installation, including bespoke pieces where the usual template cut-outs just don't fit as well. They also provide ceramic coating for the chassis, wheels, and calipers, tinting services, and dash-cam installation. On occasion, I've had them look into some custom installations (e.g., front plate magnet mount), which were done incredibly well and professionally. And speaking of professionalism, Steven has always stood behind his installations and his standards are very high. As with any PPF installations, things can shift and loosen after it settles (even months after install), and he has always taken the time to make it right again. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Elevated Auto for any of your vehicle cosmetic needs!

They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.
