Came by this place via Google when I was looking for an auto detailing place nearby. They do offer…read moreother services (auto glass - obviously, rust-proofing, etc...), but make no mistake that they do top notch in detailing as well. When I called, their price for a mini-van was at least $20 cheaper than the lowest rate I've found. It was a work vehicle, and trust me when I tell you that it was a mess when I brought it in. They were quicker than other places i've brought the van into previously; and while I was apprehensive at the time, there were no concerns with the end result. The van was in fact the cleanest I've ever seen it after a detail. The owner was super friendly and really to time to explain the work they did. My co-workers are already planning to have this be their go-to place for their own vehicle based on the work and value that they saw. They seem very honest, so I would have full confidence they would do an excellent job with any of their other services as well. Note: I believe they will be doing a name change shortly, but the owner - and the services, will be remaining in the same location (directly behind the CDN Tire gas station).

Like…read moreall chip repairs, you will still see a little bit of indication that there was a chip there, but the most important thing is the job is to prevent it from cracking/spreading. Rick was very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He handled the insurance claim without any issues. I make myself a complimentary K-cup coffee, and sat in a warm waiting room for just 30 mins and was good to go! (Yes, a lot of auto shops have chilly waiting rooms, so I was happy to see this was not the case here). Bonus! They even cleaned all my windows! A nice surprise during the winter when they're typically covered in salt and road grime. This is my 2nd time using Speedy Glass for stone chip repairs and will continue to use them. The repair done on my wife's car 2 years ago has not had any issues.

Another man picked up and was pretty condescending on the phone. I asked about same day appointments and got laughed at. Apparently they don't do that. I asked for a quote to see what he'd say, he gave me a price higher than Richard quoted me through email and asked if I was going to pay cash. Just as I was about to hang up, he asked if I knew Richard, and when I responded by saying I was exchanging emails with Richard, he changed his quote back down. It's kind of shady if you ask me. I don't doubt their work might be good, but if they can't be honest or transparent with customers, I'm not going to trust them with my vehicle. I also don't appreciate being treated differently. Perhaps Richard should just handle to customer service end of things from now on. I ended up going with Audio Heaven that same day and I'm very happy with the experience there.

They will cancel my insurance claim! This is great service! I bought the best wipers from them 5 months ago. A month ago they started making noise as the wipers moved upward. They said they would investigate it for me. It turns out the person who installed it removed a thin adapter so the wipers were loose. They put in an adapter and it is now quiet. No charge. They also have a coffee/tea/hit chocolate machine you can use while waiting.

Disclaimer first: I did not get work done here. As such, I cannot comment on their workmanship or…read moredurability of their repairs. With that said, the worst cliches of anti-service 'service' or repair shops came true. 1- They demand a $25 credit card deposit when you book an appointment. Who else does that? Do not agree to this. Here is why: 2- Whoever took the appointment had booked me in the wrong category. 3- The person at the desk there was quite rough around the edges. It is not that his demeanour and diction were quite lacking, but he had no customer service skills either. 4- The man claimed he cannot take me in because of the error. He could not explain how it happened. He also could not explain why the person who was going to work on my car (in the wrongly booked category) could not instead do my work with the time he had been freed up at. 5- His solution was for me to leave my car there for the day and they would see if they could get to it that day. I would not even if he had been polite, courteous or analytical about any of it. Not only an apology was not forthcoming, I can assure any readers that they did not do 'glass' here and are evidently not 'speedy' here.
