Their price is very competitive; almost 1/3 price lower than the quote we got from a body shop. We provide the credit card to order the glass ahead on time. Then the glass is replaced on the same day when the glass arrives. They deliver the fix nicely and we saved a lot of money. We are happy for all visits.

After nine cars on my street had their windows smashed, including mine, I contacted Ronin. We spoke…read moreon the phone where I provided the details about make and model, Ronin was to call me back after trying to source the glass and confirm everything (I drive a 2006 so procurement was a potential issue). Seeing as this was a Wednesday and I'm employed my day was filled with meetings and I missed Ronin's call back. At 330pm (initial call at 9am) I called back expecting to have my window missing overnight, only to learn that they had taken the initiative and purchased the glass without my confirmation. I was then able to head to the shop where the service was completed. The service itself was top shelf with a high attention to detail and standard. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price, especially in the context of the accommodation and Ronin taking the risk of ordering the glass, was to put it lightly reasonable. I would recommend Ronin to anyone who is in need of their services and will certainly recommend to anyone who will listen.

I waited on their comfy couch while my windshield was being installed and I was treated to snacks, beverages and a great movie that was so good I almost didn't want to leave! The work done was great and the price was reasonable and the wait was not too long. To top it all off, when I returned to my car, there was a nice mug and a Keychain pocket knife. Also, I got a follow up a day or so after to see if there were any issues, there weren't any. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services in the future. There is a reason they have numerous 5 star reviews, so glad I found them.

I had such a pleasant experience getting a windshield replacement for my Mazda 3…read more My entire experience was seamless from receiving my quote to scheduling to getting my service done. The job itself only took about 45 minutes (as scheduled), and I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting room in the meantime. Initially, I was a little skeptical given the really affordable price point, but the work was professionally completed and my new windshield has held up well (1 month later and so far so good). The owner even accidentally misquoted me $20 less than what I should've been quoted (due to a miscommunication re: a rain sensor), but he honoured the price he initially gave me via RAQ given our conversation / text receipts. He was very courteous. I'd highly recommend this business.

The first call was to Accurate Glass on a recommendation from a friend, we left our info with the receptionist and she said someone would get back to us the next day. Two weeks later we called and told her to take us off the call list. Second place was Barrie Metro Glass , I emailed them and they emailed back and said to send pics & measurements, I specified that we wanted to have someone come and take a look at what we wanted in person, so we never replied to that email. the call to The Glass Doctor was the best experience, right from the initial phone call answered by a very friendly person with interest in our call , she said she would have someone call the next day. Bill called as she said & set up an appointment for that same week. He came when he said he would, listened to what exactly we wanted, did all his measurements , chatted with us for a bit and gave us the estimate, that we were surprisingly happy with. He said it would be three weeks, but I think it was only two. They called to say the glass was ready and would be here for install on Friday @ 9:30 and he was . Bill & his coworker Aidan worked hard to install , they did have a bit of a struggle but not due to any fault of there's. When it was all completed( they had completed all by noon!) They cleaned up the area, cleaned the glass & explained everything we needed to know as far as cleaning the glass. They made this job seem so easy . We will definitely recommend The Glass Doctor to anyone that is looking for any type of glass work. Thankyou Bill & Aidan for making our day ! It was a longtime coming but you made it complete.
