We spoke…read moreon the phone where I provided the details about make and model, Ronin was to call me back after trying to source the glass and confirm everything (I drive a 2006 so procurement was a potential issue). Seeing as this was a Wednesday and I'm employed my day was filled with meetings and I missed Ronin's call back. At 330pm (initial call at 9am) I called back expecting to have my window missing overnight, only to learn that they had taken the initiative and purchased the glass without my confirmation. I was then able to head to the shop where the service was completed. The service itself was top shelf with a high attention to detail and standard. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price, especially in the context of the accommodation and Ronin taking the risk of ordering the glass, was to put it lightly reasonable. I would recommend Ronin to anyone who is in need of their services and will certainly recommend to anyone who will listen.

The gentleman who runs the kiosk kindly explained the two types of chips I had and repaired them both in about 20-25 minutes. 3. The cost for my two small chips was 60$, again, much better than a replacement later in the winter. 4. The business is cash only, so remember your cash.

When I washed it, water ran down the inside of the windshield in three different places. I called them and they asked me to bring it back. I did. It was an extra 45 minutes in the car and 90 minutes waiting. Now I have a whistling sound when I'm driving. I reached out in frustration and received the following curt response. I will not recommend this service centre to anyone who needs a windshield replacement. They do shoddy work and do not stand behind it either. The third picture clearly shows the windshield is not sitting flush at the top. It protrudes by several millimetres which allows rain and wind in.
