They took the time to answer all my questions instead of just rushing me off the phone. I got there early and I was greeted right away and told that they would do their best to attend to me as soon as they could. The place is clean and the service is very professional. Got a small rock impact on my windshield that cracked within 2 days and covered 1/4 of the glass. This Mississauga business was recommended to me by a mechanic from Canadian Tire in Mississauga. I had to replace the whole windshield. It was done within 1.5 hours. The price was also very affordable, not breaking your wallet. The service was excellent and very friendly. This place is pretty good, I admit it. I was driving on the 401, and a large chunk of ice flew off an 18 wheeler's truck and smashed my windshield pretty good, so I had to start looking for a replacement windshield service. After googling this, AMCO Auto Glass showed up first. Their website is pretty modern, and easy on the eyes. The online quoting system was a breeze, and I had a response with a valid quote within an hour. Very impressed. After making an appointment with the owner, I went on-site and noticed the owner prefers to deal in cash mainly, but does offer interac/credit card payments with HST. No HST for cash payments. Replacement was done within an hour as promised, and no leaks as promised. A+ vendor. $165 for a full windshield replacement was pretty hard to beat. Very satisfied so far. read more

I can't ask for a better service. They offer deals in groupon for 22 dollars (3 window chip repairs). The service was nice and quick. They were straight forward with information and quick to work. After reading multiple reviews online, I decided to purchase a Groupon to have my windshield replaced due to a recent crack. The Groupon offered $22 towards $120 full windshield replacement. I called them to book an appointment and they informed me that the Groupon was only eligible for OEM glass which they did not have in stock. At first, I felt a bit cheated, but it was all available information that I did not read in the fine print. In addition, she immediately offered to reimburse me the $22 if I decided to go with the aftermarket glass. I was able to book an appointment to come in the next day after work at 5pm. Diane greeted me at the door and she was very friendly and welcoming. She called my insurance company to submit the claim and inquire about my deductible immediately. The entire job took approximately an hour and a half from beginning to end. The time flew by as I sat with Diane and made small talk. She is such a sweet woman and I felt so comfortable being there! She advised me not to drive over 100km/hr for my long commute home in the snow and it was said with genuine care for my safety. The aftermarket glass looks great and, to the best of my knowledge, there are no scratches or damages from the work. In total, it cost me $100 out-of-pocket for the windshield replacement with my $300 deductible. If I had decided to go with the OEM glass, it would have been the entire $300. It was the best quote that I had received after calling multiple places. I forgot to mention my Groupon when we processed our transaction and I had intended to call her to remind her that they had agreed to reimburse me. Then I decided not even to bother. They can take that as a tip - they did a fantastic job and they deserve it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs glass work done! read more

Finally it gave way during the cold February and it cracked all the way across on my 2009 3 series. :( I feel like I've found Mississauga's hidden gem and would like to share. Service and prices are excellent here. I had a 99 Acura CL at the time. High deductible and since I had no Collision coverage, anything up to $300 or so, I had to pay out of my pocket. I was quoted by Amco below that and went there. They had the glass in stock, Quick install, Voila. What I learner later, after a few years, was that not all glass is the same. Cheap glass, meaning a couple of 100s, is exactly what it is, cheap Chinese glass. It won't hold in an accident and you'll be splashed with glass. On top of a defective Takata airbag, which you probably have in your car, imagine the damage. Do yourself a favour and spend some money on glass and don't buy Chinese. I wouldn't since I read the information. read more

Emailed for price quote & they got back to me in 2 hours; and got serviced that day. Was there just over an hour. Cost for replacement was $275 + tax for Audi Q5, with rain sensor due to for a rock creating golf ball sized crack in corner of my windshield. However as it turns out, they were able to get my insurance to cover it with 100% coverage on deductible. Totally awesome. Great service beginning to end. Highly recommend. read more

Oh boy....im glad i read the reviews before going here, if anyones got a old car like mine with full of rust around the windshield this is one stop for your needs. The owner Akey set the first impression on the phone when i called. Answered all my questions. Ther was more rust than he anticipated but did not charge me anything other than promised. The two guys inside the workshop john and chris are just amazing. What i like the most..these guys call you inside the workshop eveytime to show the work step by step. that was when i was shocked to see the rust more deeper than i thought. now lets talk price.....i paid just 160$ for my honda accord. Just 40$ for all the body filler job. One guy in brampton quote 1000$ for bodywork alone. The guys spent 2 hours on my car alone. Im very very satisfied. Bought a Groupon for $20 to repair three stone chip spots. The staffs there are very professional and welcoming. All three spots were repaired in about half an hour, and the job was well-done. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I took my car to get two small stone chips in the windshield repaired. The worker spent about 10-15 minutes on my car and said the job was done. I came over to inspect it and the chips were still there. I was running my hand over the chips when the store manager/owner came over and spoke to me. I said it doesn't look like it's fixed. He replied that it's not like on tv, you will still see the chip but its fixed. He offered some advice to me as I was still perplexed by the lack of change in the stone chips. The advice was don't scrape the ice too hard off of the windshield this winter and it should last for years. He repeated this as he walked away leaving me standing at my car. I know people that have repaired their own windshields and have seen ones being repaired in the past. The results were certainly different than what I experienced 2 hours ago. I believe the work wasn't done properly and I respectfully request that you do not forward any money to this store owner and refund my money. I will go to Canadian Tire or Wal-Mart and buy my own repair kit and fix the chips myself. It wil cost me about $30. Unfortunately I figured I could get a professional company to do the job and save myself $8. (Groupon was $22, $30 for 2 kits at Canadian Tire- $22 groupon=$8). read more
