OUTSTANDING! From start to finish, Walid took care of everything. Very personable and down to earth- no false promises here. It was my first accident. I came in to scope it out as I wanted to leave my car in the hands of professionals, who would not just paint over or fix with refurbished parts, but instead replace damaged parts with new parts. Walid listened and reassured me and most importantly, he delivered. Rental car was comparable (2 month old Mercedes) and arrived at CSN within minutes of car drop off. ... very quick and hassle-free. No complaints about the body work they did on my Lexus during an insurance repair. But they left things on a sour note by getting a parking ticket on my replacement rental vehicle after I left it in their care (as instructed) after I picked up my car when the repairs were done. Now, a month later, I am wasting a lot of time fighting a $130 ticket because somebody at Avenue Collision wasn't honest enough to admit that they had used my rental car after I left it in their care and screwed up by parking it in a no-parking zone. Horrible quality work and complete lack of attention. Avoid this shop at all costs. I had a minor accident in 2019 and took my Matrix to Avenue Collision because they're a certified bodyshop for Toyota. When the repair was completed they handed me the car looking like utter crap with a straight face. The rubber lining was falling apart, the panels were loose with gaps and the fender was sagging under the car. I still cannot believe they actually let something this awful get back to a customer. Needless to say I went back and made them fix those issues after they wasted so much of my time and effort nagging them. I recently discovered that the second repair they did was still very subpar and the door has been rubbing into the repaired panel causing more damage. Additionally they had glued back some of the weather liner on the window and that is falling apart. I'm now trying to get in touch with them and they've been ignoring me. This job should have been fixed properly from the start. It really seems like they don't care at all about the quality of work unless you bring in a Porsche. It's a shame this is who Toyota decided to work with. read more

I went to CSN Avenue Collision for some minor body work that was needed on my car. Spoke to the appraiser Eric. And he was quick with emailing a quote on the repair cost. I waited a month to take my car in for they were Busy. On my schedule date I took my car in . I called three days later to hear about the progress. Did not get a return call. Called the next day and the girl that answered the phone told me that my car would not be ready for another week. I spoke to the Manager Brandon and he finally admitted that they did not even start on the car even though they had it for four days. This place might look nice, but they are totally unprofessional. I brought my RAV4 here and got excellent service, I have concern which are not directly related to the workmanship its a general comment. 1) The waiting time was too long almost 2 months. 2) I was given Infiniti qx50 during the repair time, which was not similar to my vehicle, collision centre could have coordinated with the insurance company and the rent a car service provider to provide me the similar vehicle. 3) Few days passed when I got my car, I have to wait some more time to see the real quality of the work. Once I got past the initial trouble of getting ahold of them, it was smooth sailing. They did a great job fixing my car & even took care of an additional small dent for no charge. The only downside is having to wait quite a bit to get your car back because they need to shuffle everything around the small lot. read more

After a recent fender bender, my BMW dealership recommended that I have my repairs done with Avenue Collision. I am happy they recommended such an excellent place. From the get go, my communication with Laura, the Production Coordinator, was seamless. The estimated amount of time it took to repair my vehicle was dead on, and the process couldn't have been easier thanks to the staff. What was especially useful was their partnership with Enterprise Rent a Car. They have a service where the rental vehicle can be picked up and dropped off at the Collision Centre itself! I was happy to find that they gave me another BMW as a loaner vehicle for the time mine was being repaired. read more

I took our car in to get the ice storm damage repaired. In going over the car, Tony Nabico noticed that one of our hubcaps was missing (a theft months earlier). He asked me to wait a moment and went to retrieve an identical match that had just gone into the garbage in the shop. I am a happy customer and they haven't even done the work yet! Giving Avenue Collision a 1 star is because I have to! They have no customer service at all and lie about timelines to their customers. They have had my car for 3 weeks for something that was minimal damage and keep telling me every week it is being painted and needs to dry and yet another week will go by. They overbook themselves and don't give any updates for when my car will be actually ready. I want to go get my car and take it somewhere else, I had to wait 2 months to bring it in and no getting the run-around. read more

After waiting nearly 3 months for backordered parts, I waited an additional 3 weeks to have my car fixed. The day of pick up, I was sitting in the hospital when they called me to pick up my car. They were adamant about me picking before 5 that day as they told me that my rental will not be covered moving forward. I sat through bumper to bumper traffic traveling from Richmond HIll hospital to arrive nearly 2 hours later for my car to waiting. At a first glance, it was perfect. I paid the bill, went outside with one of the auto body specialist to review my car, to only find more scratches on my car and the damages not properly fixed. The hood did not sit firmly as it should, the front driver wheel hood not properly installed and tons of more scratches on the bumper. They tried to pass it off as completed and told me that it will settle on it's own. What does that even mean? I was furious, so irate as this suppose to be the official auto body specialist for BWM/MINI recommend by BWM Canada. I have left my car with them and waiting to here back from Avenue Collision. I have tired numerous times to contact the owner directly, to only have a phone number that only rings and no voicemail. I found that my overall experience for a high end collision centre/auto body to be very mediocre and not worth the stress or experience. Unless you are driving a 100K+ car, they will leaving you hanging. I will provide an update as soon as possible. Still waiting. read more

Don't recommend, poor service, inaccurate time for pickup (must've changed five times from date of promise), painters on the 2nd floor made derogatory comments against my race/skin colour during pick up. Technician ended breaking my fuse cover after changing the electrical circuits for the alarm. Added more scratches to the car. Won't ever be going back...ever. Don't suggest any of my friends or family to use this place. Rather go to the dealer that have their own in house repair shop. read more

Being a very particular about my cars, I am exceptionally pleased with the work that Avenue Collision did on my X5. While there were some issues at first with the replacement of my doors, John and the entire crew at Avenue did not stop until it was resolved.....to my satisfaction. They were accommodating in every sense of the word. From picking up the car at my house to scheduling a time for me to come in with it to work through the pain staking process of getting the car perfect and just the way my BMW should be. I was originally told the repairs on my car would take two weeks and I would be responsible for one week of the car rental by Adam Simone, which was fine. Then my car repair was delayed because one of their paint stations went down. The delay went from a few days to another week. When I asked if my share of the rental will still remain a week, I'm then told it will be 8 days plus two weekend days. When I asked how I went from one week rental to 10 days, Adam replied we assume our customers have the common sense to know we don't work on weekends and the two weekend days are included. Then I'm told I'm the one being unreasonable when I get upset about the miscommunication and the fact I was just insulted and that these numbers still don't make sense. He starts screaming at me because of the tone I'm taking and if I would stop yelling for a minute so he could talk. He then apologies with a very condescending attitude because he chose the wrong words when telling me how long my rental would be and again their customers have the common sense about them not working on weekends.
