At the end of last month I was driving from Vancouver to Toronto. On my way, my car received a "door ding". Being particular about my car and knowing the process of pointless dent removal, I wanted to have the door ding fixed as soon as possible when I arrived in Toronto. I took pictures of my car, spoke to them on the phone and they said that even though they were booked up the week that I would be there, I should call them upon arriving in to the city and stop by so that they could see what they could do. They said that they would work me in. I dropped in to see them and for sure, it was within the reach of pointless dent removal. They even said that they would do it then and there! In less than twenty minutes, they had my dent removed and no one including myself would ever know what the dent had been! I had some vandalism done to my suv, googled auto body repair and reviewed the top 3 shops. Auto Magicians reviewed well however I was still skeptical. Went for a free estimate. Met with Tom and right away trusted him and felt comfortable. They took their time to explain what they can do to fix my damaged SUV and also gave me a written quote on the spot. I'm not used to such professional service so I was taken back a bit. Met with Chris on the day my suv was ready and wow, Chris really is a real stand up guy, cares about you more than you care about yourself type of guy. After my car got into an accident, My wife and I were looking for a mechanic. We had read some positive reviews about auto magicians. I met Chris ( I believe he is the owner). He was very informative and detailed about the job that needed to be done in order to fix my car. He also arranged a rental for me. My Car was in his shop for about 10 days. Through out these 10 days, Chris had no problems answering any questions I had. When I got my car back I was very impressed with the job that was done. My car did not look in any way that it was in a accident. Overall my experience with auto magicians was great. All members of Chris's staff were helpful and friendly. All the staff is very friendly and trustworthy. I have had some repairs done by other body shops in the past and was not happy with the work. If you want someone who is honest and will not overchange you, go for this company. Everyone is professional. I arrived minutes before closing time and they still provide estimate for my car I had a big dent on the door of my car and they gave me clear options. If I want my car to be as good as new, they gave me a quote that is on the lower end of all the quotes I got. As I am not prepared to spend that much money, they offered to use a suction to reduce the dent by at least 95%. And they did not even charge me anything. I never thought anyone would do that. They could easily charge me but they did not. This to me is honesty and decency. read more

I took my car in for repair and detailing after discovering pooled water on the floor of the car. The Auto Magician team was great. They identified the source of the leak (mice - nasty!) and did the repair. Most impressive, however, was the fact that their attentive detailing made my 11 year-old VW look like a dream.
