Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! I went here after reading some reviews last summer and I must s ay I was definitely impressed with Jeff and the team at Audio Heaven. While installing the tint, he literally treated my car as if it were his own (telling me about little issues on the car that he noticed - whether it was minor scratches, a missing screw cap behind a door handle) How many businesses would even care to notice these things and tell you? I installed an aftermarket set of replacements for the front door driver side and front door passenger side of my 2012 BMW 320i. I had an overall phenomenal experience. From the beginning until the end, the process was quick, easy, and over-the-top professional. In the beginning, I had doubts on what exactly was actually wrong with my drivers side speaker. The staff there took the time to take the blown OEM speaker out and happily proved to me that the speaker was actually blown, without me having to ask. The aftermarket speakers were JL Audio 4-inchers. The speakers went behind the BMW stock door speaker covers. The speakers had a yellow colour to them that could only be seen if you looked closely. After a month of owning them, I can easily say that these speakers are a slightly better quality than the OEM speakers my car came with (although they weren't the factory upgrade ones). I believe the whole process took about an hour. Painless. My car felt brand new. I even recieved a courtesy call from the staff member that received me at the shop. I couldn't return the call at the time I heard the message, but the call did not go unappreciated. 10/10 will go again. read more

Background: I was looking for a place to tint my 4-door vehicle. I didn't need the works, but I also didn't want to settle for a cheap job. I called a few places asking for quotes. Some places I called more than once to talk to different people, and you'd be interested in how you're treated, especially as a female. Condescending talk, giving you different/higher quotes assuming you don't know what you're talking about etc. I looked up several 4 - 5 star places on Yelp, including Audio Heaven. Narrowed my field down to three. In the end, I went with Audio Heaven for having the more transparent process, friendly service, and quality for value. Quality and Price: I really like when things are clear. Prices for tints are listed right on their website. I went with the "most popular choice" that comes with a lifetime warranty. $249 for car tinting Solar Guard Non-Reflective Premium Charcoal. I opted for 23% all around and was very pleased with my choice. Audio Heaven's price is competitive. Their customer service was about the same as FX on Heritage, but AH's price beat out in the end. Service: I called ahead to ask if they did same day tints. And in fact, they did. I brought in my vehicle a few hours later, and my car was done within 3 hours. You can choose to wait (although I'd get pretty bored even though they have a small waiting room with TV and movies). I'd say, have someone come with you and pick up your vehicle later. After the tint, they bring your vehicle back to the store front, and there are reminder stickers on the window buttons (so that you don't roll them down 3 - 5 days afterward). About a week later, I got a follow-up call from Audio Heaven asking how everything was and to see if I was happy with their work. I was thoroughly impressed by their commitment to service and excellence. During my visit, not once was anything pushed on me. No one tried to up-sell anything, every single staff member was courteous and answered all my questions. Overall: I was very pleased with my experience at Audio Heaven. I got my Honda Civic Tinted here back in spring and was happy with the service. I did get a bubble that had to be fixed and Jeff fixed it when I went back in about 3 weeks later. They are good with their lifetime policy as this bubble had to be fixed with a new sheet altogether and Jeff did not hesitate to replace it. My only regret is that I went darker, but that is no fault of audio heaven in the slightest. I gave 4 stars as I had to go back to get the bubble fixed. I had to take a day off work to get this done as this was the only time that worked for me. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to a friend who wants to get their car windows Tinted. Although it was the best price and had one of the best reviews on yelp, you can never be too sure how your experience will pan out. Needless to say, Jeff was fantastic! If you are looking for a place to do a car audio job but not 100% sure where to go, if you are a picky person who is afraid to trust an audio shop without a solid reliable recommendation or if you are here to know more about the quality of Audio Heaven's job, you HAVE TO read this review thoroughly: 2 weeks ago, I bought an app radio (Pioneer SPA-DH120). I was looking for such an audio system for years (!!) to have the compatibility with iPhone Car Play and android Multi Link features. First, I decided to install the system by myself (I am an experienced mechanical engineer). I bought the mounts and started reading the device's manual but noticed that there is a GPS antenna and microphone that probably is not easy to install it CLEAN. Therefore, I decided to ask someone professional do the job for me and started looking for all the 5 starts audio shops in Toronto, Markham, and Scarborough area and picked 3 of them. I talked with their owners/managers to check how they will route the cables and where they will put the microphone. After checking all of the reviews and getting quotes, I narrowed my options to an audio shop in Scarborough and Audio Heaven, which finally I decided to go with audio heaven; Not because it was cheaper while it was 40$ more expensive than the other place and not because of reviews which both are 5 full stars shop, but just because I got a really good feeling from Jeff , the owner of the shop, when I first him for the first time and also I noticed that he has this business for YEARSSS, approximately 17 years!! I thought, if he has managed to keep a business for 17 years in such a competitive industry, then his job should be really good. I asked him how he is going to wire my car and he explained patiently the different options. I really wanted to have the main USB cable of CARPLAY (USB 1 for Iphone) to be mounted somewhere more accessible, not in the glove box. He told me that he will try to put the USB cable somewhere in the middle console but he told me he doesn't have any appointments for the next 2 weeks!! Later, I sent a couple of emails to him, asking some more questions. Which he answered them all. I went there the next weekend while Jeff wasn't there, but one of his best crews was assigned to do my job. I talked with him regarding the location of USB cable, option of adding a hub at the back of the deck and he patiently answered all of my questions, convinced me that a couple of my suggestions are not the best ideas to be implemented. After 2 hours, waiting in their well-equipped waiting room, I got the car and left the place, happy with my amazing app radio. However after 10 minutes driving, I noticed a crack in the central console of my car. I went back there but they were closed. The next day I went there to talk with Jeff and here is the surprise: I was really frustrated and the whole time was thinking how he would react to this issue. I was expecting a range of reactions from acceptance to finding a way to show that's been my fault and they are not responsible, like what we see more often these days. Jeff checked the car and the first thing he told me was this crack wasn't there when he checked my car before installing the deck. Also he told me these things can always happen, which as an engineer I 100% agree, especially in such an old car like mine and such a cold weather that I bring my car there, but he added that the thing that is important is "how he, as the owner of that place, will manage this" and "will make sure that I will leave the shop 100% satisfied". He checked the shop's internal camera to find a clue what's happened and talk to the installer, but at the end he told me: "you know what, don't worry about it, I will install a brand new console for you!!" also he told me that he will bring this happening into their team meeting to discuss why this has happened and what they should do to prevent it in future!!!!" can you believe that while we are surrounded with corporates and franchises with their ignorant customer service, there are some businesses like Jeff's that are providing a real customer service? Any ways, he told me that he will call me as soon as he receives the brand new OEM console from KIA. Also he kept sending me an email every day to update me with the status of the order and make sure that I am not worried any more....A week later I dropped my car there at noon, and picked it up later afternoon with the new console...left the shop 100% satisfied! I promised my self that I will share this experience with anyone by any means and this is why I wrote such a lengthy review. This business deserves the best. If any one wants to do any audio job or tint job, you should suggest them to check this place and I guarantee no one leaves this place without being 100 percent satisfied... I tinted my 2014 Mazda 3 last week and would definitely recommend it! The quality and service were both specular. The staff were both knowledgeable and friendly, they thoroughly described to me the types and % of tint that were available and what they would recommend. I ended up going with the 35 front and 23 charcoal tint ($240 +tax), which is a bit pricey than the smoke tint that they had originally quoted me for ($200 + tax). Since I was the last appointment, the installation only took an hour which was much shorter than the estimated 2 hours. The place offers a waiting room with a TV and free wifi, so you can wait comfortably even if you don't have a ride to bring you elsewhere. After the installation, Nathan did a quick walk through on what you should do and shouldn't do and a quick inspection to make sure that it's to your satisfaction. I have seen other tint jobs done for Mazda 3s and this is definitely one of the best I have seen. The only thing to keep in mind is to book your appointment in advance and make sure that time slot works for you as it is quite difficult to change appointment times. read more

Went to get paint protection film for partial hood of my Lexus NX at a great price (special posted online). Also interested in tinting front two windows but Jeff told me not to do it because there is a special coating on Lexus's glass when applying the tint. No other shop explained this to me. The front left speaker of my car was working intermittently so I decided to get this issue fixed by upgrading both speakers. The technician at Audio Heaven suggested Rockford Fosgate replacement. Since I didn't know much about car speakers - I accepted his advice. I am glad I did - these speakers sound much better than the originals and I found later that this particular model P1650 has great reviews on Amazon. The installation was done on time and there were no visible marks that the side panes were take off and installed back - so Audio Heaven did high quality work. The technician also told me that he soldered the wires to the speakers - which was probably great idea since the connectors were starting to corrode and that's why the speaker worked intermittently. I got receipt that specifies life time warranty on the labor and 1 year on the speakers which tells me that this company stands behind their work. Overall - great experience. read more
