Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. I called Shawn, who gave me a bunch of options, and I chose a deck that had Bluetooth connectivity, USB input, radio and some subscription services I don't use yet. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up, Shawn walked me through the basics, made sure my phone could connect both by USB and Bluetooth and showed me where he stowed the mic (somehow it was snaked under everything and came out by the visor.) The deck itself is exactly as promised, sounding a million times better than the stock deck. My old-ass car has now joined the 21st century. Service was very knowledgable, friendly and fast. I would definitely trust Shawn with any new bells and whistles I decide to put on my car.

He mounted my climate control screen(Mazda 3) with sticky tack when the dash kit provided the necessary mount clips for it. Also, Shawn installed my HID kit, 2 months after installation the driver side headlight kept falling out. To top this all off, he told me he had to go grab the dash kit for my pioneer head unit and he'll be gone for about 45 minutes, so I went to grab a coffee from across the street. 45 minutes went by and he still wasn't back, I gave him a call and i was told he was stuck in traffic, I decided to walk around the other side of the complex that Level 12 Auto is in to see what other shops were around and what do I end up seeing? Him working on another car. I confronted him when he got back to the shop and he kept denying that he was there until he finally gave in without an apology, he had the dash kit in the shop the whole time. That was the last time I took my car to his clueless ass, the last thing I need is to pay someone for half ass jobs in my car. I recommend you guys STAY AWAY from LEVEL 12 AUTO and take your car to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

When I booked the appointment I was told I could get a ride back to work, however, when I dropped my car off no staff was around to give me the ride. No apology. When I picked up the car, the internet was down (not their fault) so they asked me to come back when it was on so they could flash it. When I returned the next day they flashed it, but said they needed to complete one more part of the installation that required the user manual. I did not have the user manual on me (no one mentioned they would need it). No apology - in fact the manager worded it so the blame was on me for not having it. Came back the next day with the manual. They looked at my car and the manager told me the last part of the installation they were trying to do would not work with my starter unless I bought some extra parts for $40. He said "No one saw it coming", and again no apology. They install car starters - how could they have never seen this Canadian Tire model? I left. I'm unhappy with the manager. He didn't try to make it right and he never apologized or took accountability for any of it. I paid $270 to have it installed, he should have written off the $40 to finish the job correctly. I'd rather pay someone else triple to complete the rest.
