I had visited the shop previously a couple times over the last few years and it was nice to be able to get the work done as soon as I was ready, rather than have to book far in advance. The best part of this experience was having their expertise to come up with creative solutions for installation and components on my custom ride. There were 3 distinct points where I hadn't thought of the idea, and they came through with great solutions that made coming to them the best idea ever! No guessing, no flip-flopping, just sound decisions with a price that I could live with and work done properly and efficiently. Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. I took his word for it. I paid about $250 for the subwoofer, amp and capacitor transfer, and an adaptor for the factory stereo in the new car. No issues so far. Everything was done within the time as promised; and aside from the adapter, which was necessary, there were no surprise charges. I recommend this place.
