I've had a 2016 Cadillac CT6 sedan for five years. I like the car a lot and was prepared to buy another one when, to my dismay, GM stopped making large sedans. Every spring the inside of the car is dirty and the carpets have salt stains from the winter's use. Every year I try to clean it myself and try to remove the salt stains, usually not very well. This year was different. I had just used Prestige Auto Detailing to apply both Ceramic Pro and paint protection film to my new C8 Corvette and was impressed by the work they did. I also noticed that they offer car cleaning services and, for the first time ever, decided to have my car professionally detailed. I brought my car to Precision Auto Detailing and asked for the "Gold Package". I chose this package because it includes a complete interior cleaning. That was the best decision I could have made. I brought some reading material and waited for my car in the bright but basic reception area. I sat comfortably while reading and was on my way in less than 2 hours. I'm writing this review because, while I was thoroughly impressed by the Precision Auto Detailing coating service for my Corvette, I think I'm even more impressed by the incredible transformation of my Cadillac. My 5-year-old car looks like new, inside and out. I can't get the same results as a professional detailing shop because they have supplies, tools, and expertise that I don't have. I'll still do regular washes myself but, for really cleaning the car, I'll be using the services of Prestige Auto Detailing again. read more

This was my first time coming to Prestige. I can't express how pleased I am with the detailing job. I explained before starting my major concerns (specifically cleaning off the horrible salt stains on my carpet as well as the yellowing on my rims). I was ensured that they would take care of it which they did! They were on time and did an amazing job washing my car. The steam wash was super effective, the grime and dirt wash away with ease with very minimal water runoff. They cleaned my car in a little over an hour and paid close attention to detail. So my husband and I were looking for a place to auto-detail a car. We looked everywhere and places were either unaccommodating or quoting ridiculous prices like 200+. I called up and right away they accommodated me. They quotes $160 which was reasonable compared to other places. Our car was an absolute grimy mess and they did an amazing job! They were efficient and quick! They were able to clean and wax/polish everything within 2 hours. Other places wanted me to leave my car with them for 4 hours or more. Just got back from Prestige Auto Detailing. I was blown away as to how efficient the guys are at cleaning the entire car. My mats, full interior and the trunk were sparkling. Mohammed and the crew were very nice and inviting. I even got the engine cleaned as it was never cleaned before. The basic package starts at $160 and that's about all most people would need. Employees are racist & told me they will show me "wagwan". Their work is horrible & they have no idea how to use ceramic pro properly. Cheapest guys in the city, they tried to sell their buisness for 100K... i wouldnt even buy it for 2$. Their only contact is bmw in richmondhill & they use minimal product on all their vehicles.
