I have three words for OCG Detailing - Do Not Hesitate! I did extensive research on ceramic coating and PPF (paint protection film aka clear bra), and agonized for weeks on getting both done. I read all the pros and cons, the process, maintenance, and the cost, until my eyes stung! We even met several detailers to see their work, and gain a better understanding. When I called Ivan to arrange a time to meet, he told us to come and have a look at a car that had both processes done. First off, Ivan is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about detailing. He is humble, non-judgmental and unfazed by reviews. He feels personal references and word of mouth are more important, and I totally agree. We were excited to see the car he was near completing, and were blown away by what we saw, the meticulous detailed workmanship that goes into applying PPF and ceramic coating. I thought I was detail-oriented, until I met Ivan! He sees flaws that most people do not with the human eye. He is very particular, and takes great pride in detailing. I knew he would take care of my husband's baby - LOL! Ivan's auto shop is clean, modern, and spotless, with bright spotlights in the working areas. More importantly, cars are kept inside, and there is ample space to work on each one. I had done my research on the top three PPF products: 3M, XPEL and STEK. I thought I had narrowed it down to XPEL, but after discussing it with Ivan, we chose to go with STEK. For the ceramic coating, Ivan uses Opti-Coat, and is an authorized installer. I have to say, we felt very reassured with Ivan, but I was still nervous. I had a gazillion questions, and Ivan always answered all my texts. He even called us to ask if we had time to stop by; there were a few spots on our SUV that were questionable, and he wanted to let us know. He kept us informed throughout the seven-day process! Yes, you heard right! Ivan worked on our SUV for one full week! He sent us videos of the progress, and on the day it was finished, it looked unbelievably stunning. He went over what was done, explained the care, maintenance and warranty, and had us inspect our SUV once again, in broad daylight. The two processes are very pricey, so it is best to understand the maintenance and commitment required. My boyfriend and I needed a car wash before a photoshoot with out cars and decided to book the basic wash with OCG. The wash took 1 hour for each car and we were so surprised at the quality of exterior clean the basic wash had! Of course the outside of the car was very sparkling clean, but the details like within our tires and door jams were also extremely clean. I loved that they dried the car thoroughly to ensure there were no watermarks or drips as you would drive away - mainly happens in the trunk or mirror cap area, but these areas were really well dried and cleaned. They even ask how we thought of the wash before we took delivery of the service - 10/10 recommend and will be going back in the future! read more

I found these guys as a certified dealer/installer of Opticoat. Did some research on some forums and they seemed to have a good reputation so I gave them a call and off I went. All I can say is - Ivan is super nice, chill and great to deal with. Super straight up, no bullsh, gets the job done and more. Not even a hint of up selling when he could do so easily. What sets this place apart is their communication. Stays in touch while working on your car and is honest about everything, with detailed instructions on aftercare. The end result? My (black) car sparkles and continues to sparkle...even after it rains. Water just beads right off the windshield when raining...wiper blades? Hahaha, who needs them? Ivan really works hard to ensure your car looks better than when It came from the factory. And I know because I dropped off my car to him directly from the factory! I recently went to this place for cleaning my car, after one of my Uber passengers throw up on the back seat. Since Uber was not kind enough to cover the fees entirely, I asked Evan if we can clean the car with the amount that Uber will cover, and he was really generous to accept, giving a signification discount to me so I can clean my car with the amount Uber provided. The service was great. They cleaned the whole interior and treated the cabin with ozone, so the smell completely disappeared (note that vomit has a terrible odour!). I never saw my car so clean, since I bought it used, and even the time I purchased the car from the dealership, it wasn't as clean as I got the car from this shop. About what they did, they washed the seats with shampoo and by vacuum machine sucked the whole water out, so I didn't feel the seats being wet. They also cleaned my dashboard and all the plastic components in the car and I beloved waxed them as well. Overall, very happy with their service. Just I wish they had a bigger waiting room with a TV for entertainment. They had a WiFi, fortunately, and since I bought my iPad with myself, I was not bored, so keep in mind to bring some sort of entertaining with yourself. Also, I wish they give you the chance to see the process; while a small monitor was showing the security cameras, so I think they can easily wire the cameras to a TV, so people can watch their cars being cleaned! read more

Ivan is excellent to deal with, was very helpful in recommending the right product based on my priorities/preferences. I was recommended Optimum Gloss Coat instead of Cquartz due to its lower maintenance requirements compromising a little in brilliance/sheen. The car came with a bit more damage than anticipated and he was very accommodating towards that. If you're reading this Ivan, thanks again!
