I wanted to primarily get rid of the salt stain build up on my passenger and driver side floor as I live in a condo I'm unable to clean it in my own garage anymore. A middle aged chinese couple (Mom and Pop shop) The price was reasonable considering no appointment necessary. 130 taxes in. however no exterior wash they took 3 hours to clean got the salt stains removed well however the windows still had dust still visable following my inspection in the daylight. The worst part of my experience here is that my car reeked for about two weeks until I had to resort to getting an air freshener. Initially I thought it just had to be airred out due to vacuum dust however this was not the case! The smell was awful smelt rancid like they used water and dirt to clean the interior. What a waste of money I should have went to the dealership. I would NOT recommend!

Had a really unfortunate experience here. Agreed on a stage 2 paint correction, and a "show room"…read morefinish (whatever that means) with full interior detail. Ended up with nothing close to that. Sent a bunch of photos during the 2-3 days it supposedly took to do the job. (Very deceiving when photos are taken from 3ft+ away...a simple car wash and it'll look good) Paint was shiny, I'll give 'em that...but nowhere close to what I was promised or even expected. Swirls? still there...Clay Bar? Not even used cause even with whatever sealant/wax they used, the paint still felt rough. Interior was wiped down with a rag at most. I checked under the mats, dirty. A complete hack job. Had to argue for a refund....ended up with approx 40% back. What a horrible experience. Go with personal recommendations when it comes to detailing shops...the reviews this place has on Google all seem very suspect based on my experience. Just my luck...Guess they put the new guy or the disgruntled employee on my car.

I have three words for OCG Detailing - Do Not Hesitate!…read more I did extensive research on ceramic coating and PPF (paint protection film aka clear bra), and agonized for weeks on getting both done. I read all the pros and cons, the process, maintenance, and the cost, until my eyes stung! We even met several detailers to see their work, and gain a better understanding. When I called Ivan to arrange a time to meet, he told us to come and have a look at a car that had both processes done. First off, Ivan is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about detailing. He is humble, non-judgmental and unfazed by reviews. He feels personal references and word of mouth are more important, and I totally agree. We were excited to see the car he was near completing, and were blown away by what we saw, the meticulous detailed workmanship that goes into applying PPF and ceramic coating. I thought I was detail-oriented, until I met Ivan! He sees flaws that most people do not with the human eye. He is very particular, and takes great pride in detailing. I knew he would take care of my husband's baby - LOL! Ivan's auto shop is clean, modern, and spotless, with bright spotlights in the working areas. More importantly, cars are kept inside, and there is ample space to work on each one. I had done my research on the top three PPF products: 3M, XPEL and STEK. I thought I had narrowed it down to XPEL, but after discussing it with Ivan, we chose to go with STEK. For the ceramic coating, Ivan uses Opti-Coat, and is an authorized installer. I have to say, we felt very reassured with Ivan, but I was still nervous. I had a gazillion questions, and Ivan always answered all my texts. He even called us to ask if we had time to stop by; there were a few spots on our SUV that were questionable, and he wanted to let us know. He kept us informed throughout the seven-day process! Yes, you heard right! Ivan worked on our SUV for one full week! He sent us videos of the progress, and on the day it was finished, it looked unbelievably stunning. He went over what was done, explained the care, maintenance and warranty, and had us inspect our SUV once again, in broad daylight. The two processes are very pricey, so it is best to understand the maintenance and commitment required. I know we made the right choice, but more importantly, we found a fantastic detailer that put 110% percent into making us happy. Thanks so much to Ivan and his team!

The wash took 1 hour for each car and we were so surprised at the quality of exterior clean the basic wash had! Of course the outside of the car was very sparkling clean, but the details like within our tires and door jams were also extremely clean. I loved that they dried the car thoroughly to ensure there were no watermarks or drips as you would drive away - mainly happens in the trunk or mirror cap area, but these areas were really well dried and cleaned. They even ask how we thought of the wash before we took delivery of the service - 10/10 recommend and will be going back in the future!

I was lucky to be able to get a same day appointment (many places don't or aren't able to do that). He notified me it would take some time (as he was busy with other customers) but I wasn't in a rush as I had another car for the day. I dropped it off at around 3:30 and unfortunately I had to pick up my car the next morning. This didn't bother me too much as I'm still happy I got a same day appointment! All I got done was a FULL interior cleaning, including console cleaning, dashboard, fabric and mat shampoo and cleaning, trunk, everything. It came to $100 which seemed to be pretty standard from when I called around. The reason why I was getting it cleaned was because a watermelon cracked inside the car and has seeped into the fabric and was beginning to stink like crazzyyyy until it was impossibly to drive the car. Taylor cleaned it well, although the smell isn't COMPLETELY out, I can drive the car comfortably now. Cleaning wise, he cleaned out the console and dashboard and all the nooks and crannies pretty well, there were some spots missed but I'm being picky. The fabric and mats I was very surprised and pleased, this was the first time in 7 years that the interior of the car was being cleaned so there was ALOT of little bits of random crap literally stuck INTO the carpet, I couldn't get it out when I tried unless I tore the fabric but Taylor seemed to get everything out and completely cleaned the fabric! All in all I was pretty happy. P.S.T.C. did a good job cleaning all the crap out of the car and it nearly looked like a brand new car if it weren't for some coffee stains and others on the fabric that I can't expect anyone to get out. So give them a try and see how it goes. They seem to do a lot of cleaning for dealerships and higher end cars as well.

Just as I was about to hang up, he asked if I knew Richard, and when I responded by saying I was exchanging emails with Richard, he changed his quote back down. It's kind of shady if you ask me. I don't doubt their work might be good, but if they can't be honest or transparent with customers, I'm not going to trust them with my vehicle. I also don't appreciate being treated differently. Perhaps Richard should just handle to customer service end of things from now on. I ended up going with Audio Heaven that same day and I'm very happy with the experience there.
