I purchased the deal thinking I was going to get a half decent interior and exterior cleaning. I have heard of these mobile-detailing companies I figure I try one out. On their website they mention they bring everything with them so figure they had their own vacuum cleaners and stuff they needed to clean the car. It was to my dismay when they arrived 45 minutes late they asked for power and water source, and then proceeded to use old shop vac in my garage. I thought they may have special tools to clean cars with but I was wrong. I was working at the time so I did not get to see the whole job until I was finished work. I have to say I was not impressed. They told me that my carpet needed a shampoo and it costed 20 bucks a corner just within the drivers seat area! I declined that offer. When they left, I noticed that the lower half of my car had more dirt on it then before it got washed. when I looked around the car, I noticed that the two wheels on the passenger side were completely neglected. I gave feedback to the owner who told me that car-detailing was a "dubious" term that social networking sites like LivingSocial use and he cannot claim any responsibility. I politely asked him if there was anything he could do to make things right and he said there was nothing he can do. If you are looking for detailer/car washer that does a good cleaning and stands by their work you might want not want to go to these guys.

Obviously the oil was saturating the brakes. Went back to the service centre. The owner accused me that the issues were already existing and that I was imagining the symptoms. Very confrontational for a business that is making a living servicing cars! The sprayed brake cleaners on the brakes. The symptoms went away. So much for my imagination!

They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.

After reading reviews of other tinting companies, I chose Mr Tint because their business has a website, they were able to provide a verbal quote over the phone and I was able to book an appointment time in advance. It took roughly 2 hours to tint 3 windows which is the time that was estimated. The "Do not roll down windows" stickers were really useful during the setting period which they recommend 3 to 5 days. I am 100% satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Mr Tint. Pros Able to make an appointment in advance, the owner uses Whatsapp. Free wifi in customer lounge. They provided a 10year warranty. For windshields they said this warranty does not apply, as windshields are not allowed to have any tinting according to Ontario laws. Cons The technician stuck 3 stickers directly onto my odometer, which I certainly did not appreciate. I have emailed the owner to advise the technician to avoid doing this in future. Did not provide a written quote, the technician only provided a verbal quote. Customers cannot see the work being completed. They drive your car to the back of the shop. I would have preferred to watch the work being completed. The shop is located in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Most customers simply waited in the lounge area with a couch and cable TV. Protip - If I had known they were going to remove and not be able to re-install my dashcam and 407 transponder, I would recommend removing all stickers yourself prior to the appointment. For example I had a Police traceable sticker, and now that it has been removed I cannot reapply this sticker. Cost of work $350.

The salt stains were completely removed and each part of my interior and exterior was mindfully cleaned and looked aftI almost felt as though I was driving a brand new car off of the lot. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company, the service and the quality of their work. I have already begun to recommend Wash Bros to family and friends. Highly recommended, five stars all the way just because I can't give them ten :) They definitely have not seen the last of me as I will continue to bring my car here year after year.

The person was very helpful and gave a fair estimate to clean up my car. Since I only needed shampoo on one side rather than the whole car he gave me a better deal. Considering how bad that spill was (like I said 2 high sugar content bubble teas) he was able to get the stank out after a few shampoo and dry runs. It was very convenient for me too as it also covers for my parking in the building for the day.

The estimate process was easy to schedule. Took 5 minutes. Had to wait 3-4 days to hear back that parts had to be ordered and they call when they were ready. A call came about 1 week later. They had a rental car ready for us and they took the car for the body work. It took a little longer than I would have expected (~ 2 weeks). Don't matter as we had the rental. Well, the car was fixed perfectly. You would never know there was an accident. The insurance paid and we had no issues. I would certainly return to Concord Collision. They were extremely easy to deal with.

As you know when you are taking your vehicle to get it fix you are nervous and hoping the shop will do a good job and you can trust them. My experience started when I met Cindy at the reception. She was courteous and very helpful and offered me a coffee and I waited for the gentleman to inspect my vehicle. This person was Nigel , a very kind and helpful person. Imagine you are trusting someone to fix your vehicle and take good care of it. From my initial step into the office it was a gratifying experience. I then met Ramsey, a very caring and extremely helpful person. Ramsey is the head of the operation. If you have met him you will know what I am referring to. Ramsey has your interest at heart, and only want to get the job done correctly and you make sure you are satisfied which is exactly my experience. My experience continued when I met Christina, a lovely and helpful individual, Christina made me feel like a family, she went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. She came out with me to the vehicle holding my hands to the car for it was a snowy day full of ice and snow and I was very nervous going to my vehicle. The job was superb. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the way in which they cleaned my car after the job was finished. There was another issue with my vehicle that was not related to the accident and Ramsey and Christina went above and beyond to help me and get my vehicle working. Dealing with Concord Collision centre was truly a very gratifying and happy experience. I don't want to ever have another accident but should that ever unfortunately recur, I would only want to go to this centre. They treat you like a family member and only want the best for you.
