And when I got my car back, the inside was not really clean, the seats weren't wiped down and shiny, and the rims still were filthy. So what did I just pay for? Also, Mr. K isn't looking for outside business- just residents of the building. But he was friendly and said he can take one or two outside cars once in awhile. I expected detailing but what I got was a car wash (interior and exterior) and ulpholstery shampoo job for $113 plus tax. I'm used to going to a drive-through vacuum and hand wash for $20 and they do about as good a job as Mr. K. However, Mr K also shampooed the upholstery which smells nice and did my car wheels which kind of glow now. I'll have to get my car properly detailed another time. If all you need is a good car wash and vacuum/shampoo then Mr. K's your man. Find someone else for detailing.

The facility also has a new automatic touch-free car wash (which accepts chip cards) which ranges from $11 to $17. Usually I do a basic pre rinse, then use the triple foam brush. I take my time and continue to brush the car down even after it has timed out. Once you think it is pretty much clean, you can add $2 which will be more than sufficient to rinse your car down. So for $5, your car is good. Tip: just remember to bring your rags to dry off your car when you're done! The settings for the coin machine include rainX which is a low pressure spray. The facility is well maintained and kept clean. I recommend this place!!

Waiting area had coffee, tea, wifi, magazines to read and a heater to keep warm when it gets cold. Got my 2008 Civic detailed for $150 (Silver Pakcage). I had minor pet hairs so that was an additional $20 (Ancil said pet hairs are normally $40). Frankly I didn't think there was much pet hairs to warrant an additional fee. I don't even own a dog nor has a dog ever been in my car. After 4hours the car was ready. He gave me a call and when I arrived to pick up, everything was perfect. The car was impeccable. I swear it's never been this clean. Probably nicer than getting a new car. I swear I was ready to take be beat up '08 Civic to the auto show. I would recommend this shop for your detailing services. Thank you for that made doing other errands easier) Apparently Carl is the electronic specialist that actually installed my equipment. It is beautiful. It works great. I didn't even know that both cameras recorded at the same time and I can see everything they were wonderful to show me that everything worked before I left.
