Advan Tires!! What an advan-tage!!!…read more I did quite a bit of research to find highly rated winter tires, alloy wheels and an additional set of TPS (Tire Pressure Sensors) for our SUV. I found Advan Tires on an automotive forum, and I am so glad we chose to go with them. I contacted Zinc, one of the owners, and he provided several options. I was very specific that the wheels be a perfect fit to the OEM ones, as I "did not" want hub centric rings installed. We exchanged several emails and texts since then, and Zinc was patient and very responsive. We chose to have them installed now rather than later, since there was a promotion. In addition, tire shops tend to get very busy once the temperatures starts to dip. The installation with Hunter Road Force Balance took less than 45 minutes. The wheels were a perfect fit, and I must say, they look stunning! Zinc, Hannah and JP surprised me with their fantastic customer service. They were efficient, super friendly and gracious. Zinc also made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left. What a fantastic find!

I called Tire Hut and was treated professionally and with good humour by the owner. He told me that the size I was looking for in used tires was hard to come by. I had been calling around and that was indeed true. Unlike his competition, he did not try to convince me to take 4 tires of different makes as had been suggested elsewhere. Instead he offered me new 4 brand you tires at extremely low prices. It did not take me long to consider the offer. I promptly made an appointment for the next day. His price was all inclusive and there were no "extras" whatsoever. The installation was timely, well executed and easy. So I found a great business owner who really cared, a great product and an excellent price. That is a winning proposition. I will be back this winter for tires.

Came in to change out my winter tires for summer tires and was a little worried due to the physical distancing rules in our province. Upon setting up an appointment through their website, an email was received for confirmation as well as the new protocol for customers during the pandemic. Each customer comes in 5 minutes before their appointment through the front door. There will be an invoice on a table to the right with your name on it and the service you requested. You take the invoice and head back to your car. Once in your car you place the invoice on the dash as well as your lock-key for your rims if you have one. Then you drive to the west side of the building and cue up in your car till you are ushered into the bay area. You park your car in the spot allotted for you and have the option to stay inside your car or wait outside. They then hoist your ride on jacks and change your tires accordingly while keeping a safe distance. After the service they ask what type of credit card you will be using and bring you the appropriate POS machine. There you tap and VOILA, you're good to go! Honestly, this process was smooth as butter. The staff are very professional and super efficient. The entire process took about 40 mins! This place is amazing and worth checking out! I get my…read moreseasonal tires changed from them, not only do they charge less than Canadian Tire / Wallmart etc, they do a 5 star job. they check for leaks, nails on all the tires(the ones coming off and the ones going in), cleans the wheel stub/hub, heck I saw one of the guy even cleaned the tire bolts! I worked at a tire shop in the distant past and we didn't use to do some of this stuff. If you ask them how much tread is left in your tire, they will give you an honest opinion and wouldn't try to sell you their tires if you don't need them.
