Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. When I showed up for my appointment, they suddenly told me it would be $300 with no real explanation. That alone should've been a red flag, but I went ahead since I was already there. Two hours later, I get a call saying my car is ready. I show up, and from afar, it looks decently clean, but as soon as I got up close, it looked like they barely touched it. Streaks and smudges all over the entire car, worse on the windows, dirt still in multiple areas that were never even touched, and several more spots completely missed. It looked way more like a rushed basic wash, not a paid detail. It got to a point during my inspection where I grabbed a rag myself and started cleaning the car while an employee followed me around trying to fix things. That's how bad it was. I called the owner, and instead of taking responsibility, he said the car "wasn't finished" and that I shouldn't have been called yet, which just makes things worse. Why call me if the job isn't done? I then had to stand there for another hour while all six employees rushed to redo the work. Even after being told three separate times that it was "done," the results were still mediocre at best. In the end, I was charged nearly $350 plus tax for a job that I could've done better myself, a lot of which I did do myself. The only positive is that the staff were somewhat apologetic and aware of their mistake and tried their best to fix it. In the end the car looked a little better than when I got there but still far from what I would expect from a professional detailing service. Overpriced, disorganized, and poor quality work. I would not trust them with your car. P.S. I am in disbelief that they ever even polished my car, it looked exactly the same as when I hand wash it. The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. He did try to compensate me by offering to do the service on the following Monday with complimentary pick up and drop off service. I had to email him 3 times on fri, sat and sun and finally decide to call him on sun to confirm. He did confirm the appointment via phone. He came on time as expected at 11 am and was able to get the car back to me at around 2pm. My husband was happy with the service as the car was very dirty and had a lot of salt build up. I have three words for OCG Detailing - Do Not Hesitate!…read more I did extensive research on ceramic coating and PPF (paint protection film aka clear bra), and agonized for weeks on getting both done. I read all the pros and cons, the process, maintenance, and the cost, until my eyes stung! We even met several detailers to see their work, and gain a better understanding. When I called Ivan to arrange a time to meet, he told us to come and have a look at a car that had both processes done. First off, Ivan is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about detailing. He is humble, non-judgmental and unfazed by reviews. He feels personal references and word of mouth are more important, and I totally agree. We were excited to see the car he was near completing, and were blown away by what we saw, the meticulous detailed workmanship that goes into applying PPF and ceramic coating. I thought I was detail-oriented, until I met Ivan! He sees flaws that most people do not with the human eye. He is very particular, and takes great pride in detailing. I knew he would take care of my husband's baby - LOL! Ivan's auto shop is clean, modern, and spotless, with bright spotlights in the working areas. More importantly, cars are kept inside, and there is ample space to work on each one. I had done my research on the top three PPF products: 3M, XPEL and STEK. I thought I had narrowed it down to XPEL, but after discussing it with Ivan, we chose to go with STEK. For the ceramic coating, Ivan uses Opti-Coat, and is an authorized installer. I have to say, we felt very reassured with Ivan, but I was still nervous. I had a gazillion questions, and Ivan always answered all my texts. He even called us to ask if we had time to stop by; there were a few spots on our SUV that were questionable, and he wanted to let us know. He kept us informed throughout the seven-day process! Yes, you heard right! Ivan worked on our SUV for one full week! He sent us videos of the progress, and on the day it was finished, it looked unbelievably stunning. He went over what was done, explained the care, maintenance and warranty, and had us inspect our SUV once again, in broad daylight. The two processes are very pricey, so it is best to understand the maintenance and commitment required. The wash took 1 hour for each car and we were so surprised at the quality of exterior clean the basic wash had! Of course the outside of the car was very sparkling clean, but the details like within our tires and door jams were also extremely clean. I loved that they dried the car thoroughly to ensure there were no watermarks or drips as you would drive away - mainly happens in the trunk or mirror cap area, but these areas were really well dried and cleaned. They even ask how we thought of the wash before we took delivery of the service - 10/10 recommend and will be going back in the future!
