Success is a double-edged sword. On one hand you do really…read morewell you feel good about yourself you get to eat better food, buy nice clothes... On the other hand you start to develop an ego, and think that your customers need you more than you need them. Big mistake. I had been coming to this place for over 10 years and unfortunately the customer service has drastically changed. I called asking if I could come in, they said they're fully booked. I said do you have anything available for this week and it was almost as if I was insulting him to ask that. Then I simply asked a clarification question and his response "I just told you that". Nice one bro. The worst part of it is they only book appointments one to two days in advance... I mean what kind of a business does that? The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. Because my only job in life is to chase you around so I can give you my money right. *Note: I called on Monday to book for Thursday... Either book appointments or don't...and maybe figure out a better booking system, consider a credit card number to hold the spot. Enjoy the success while you can my friend, I hope it lasts.

This self serve car wash is located right around the north west corner of Bayview and Major…read moreMcKenzie. There's not a lot of self serve car washes in general and this is one of few in the area and to be honest for a self serve car wash this isnt too bad. It covers all the basics and then some. It has a side vacuum area and I would say roughly 5 to 6 bays with cars that can fit one in front of the other so 2 cars per bay. The car wash spray is strong so if you are petite or dont have great upper body strength you may need to use two hands and expect a bit of a kick. Its not easy but with an SUV you can do soap, wash and wax within the given time of about 3 minutes for $4.00 last time I checked. Havent had an issue with the machines anytime I went to this place over the last few years so I would say this place is reliable. Self serve car washes are great for hitting certain parts of your car to ensure its clean like the under carriage to remove road salt or the front to get rid of those bugs from your summer road trips.

Offer is valid for month of July 2019 only...so here I am for the second 25 litres! Onsite is a Propane exchange, firewood, ice, beverages, Lotto, snacks and a clean washroom. The staff are friendly. Four grades of fuel are available from 12 self-serve pump stations as well as diesel. There are 4 full service pumps as well. A car wash and vacuum service is onsite.

The carwash is awesome. Touch-less and except for the back of the van gets the cars clean. I try to use this feature every time I fill up in the winter. There can be huge lines so timing can be important. I never eat or drink at these places. so I cant speak to that. But if you need some chips or a hot coffee this place has got that for you. Lastly, I like the EasyPay system. no fuss no muss. Shell's system works really well, including things like the car wash. Just don't loose the FOB. Now... should we start a complaint around this ethanol as additive? 10% added? this is a sham. At least shell tells you the percentage of each grade of fuel.

The person was very helpful and gave a fair estimate to clean up my car. Since I only needed shampoo on one side rather than the whole car he gave me a better deal. Considering how bad that spill was (like I said 2 high sugar content bubble teas) he was able to get the stank out after a few shampoo and dry runs. It was very convenient for me too as it also covers for my parking in the building for the day.

Even though the line for the car wash was at least several cars deep, the wait wasn't too long. Since we have the Petro Canada app, it's a quick and simple process to input the numbers on the screen for the carwash into the app. Depending on the type of car wash you get, it takes a couple of minutes. Touchless car washes don't provide your car with a complete cleaning like hand washing would, but it's good enough. I do wish that the drying portion of the carwash was a bit longer, though.
