I recently visited this car wash and opted for the premium exterior/interior package, priced at $69…read more(plus tax). The experience was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed with how well the process is organized. You start by selecting your service at the drive up cash station, then proceed to the exterior wash, which is a self-drive-through system similar to those at gas stations. After the exterior is done, you loop back around for the interior cleaning. Your car is placed on a conveyor belt, and a team of 3-4 people works on it simultaneously. This setup makes the whole process incredibly fast--I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I came on. Sunday morning and there was only one car ahead of me. The premium interior cleaning includes washing the mats, vacuuming the entire interior (including the trunk), and wiping down the dashboard and other surfaces with a disinfectant. It leaves the car feeling fresh and clean. However, it's important to note that if you have salt stains or other significant stains, those are not included in the premium package. Removing those would require an add-on service, with the cost depending on the severity of the stains. There's a comfortable waiting area for customers, which is a nice touch. They also offer detailing packages that require an appointment, but the standard services are available for walk-ins. Tip:: they open at 8 a.m, so arriving early can help you avoid any lines.

It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

I had a very disappointing experience at In-N-Out Car Wash at 9499 Airport Rd. North in Brampton…read more I paid approximately $64 taxes included for the Works Plus package, which included both exterior and interior cleaning of my truck. After leaving, I stopped at a gas station and inspected the truck more closely. I immediately noticed fresh scratches on the plastic trim at the top of the dashboard above the steering wheel. This is a very tight area to clean, and based on where the scratches are located, it appears something such as a bracelet, metal bangle, or contaminated cleaning cloth may have rubbed against the plastic while the dashboard or windshield area was being wiped. My truck is new, with protective plastic still remaining on some interior panels, and I am extremely meticulous about the condition of my vehicles. I am confident these marks were not there before the cleaning. I returned and spoke with the manager/owner expecting the situation to at least be taken seriously. Instead, he immediately denied that his staff could have caused the damage, argued that the scratches must have already been there, and ultimately walked away without offering any solution or taking responsibility. Mistakes can happen when detailing vehicles. What bothered me most was how the situation was handled afterward. If a customer is bringing forward damage immediately after receiving a service, I would expect the concern to be properly inspected and handled professionally rather than simply dismissed. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with a high-end or newer vehicle. If damage occurs, my experience suggests you may have a difficult time getting management to acknowledge or address it.

I had an interior detailing done. The car was like new by time they were done. The only thing was that after the carpet dried some salt stains were still there so I had to take it back and they did it again without a complaint. All the salt stains were gone, all the crud from the corner of the cup holders, and even all between the seats and the console, the vents and every other crevice of the car was completely clean. I have makeup on different parts of the interior of the car and it was completely gone. Even the glove compartment and all the other pockets of the car was completely cleaned up. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Since it's been about a year since I've actually deep cleaned my car, I went with the "5 star service" for about $38 plus tax. I clearly don't wash my car often, so I don't mind spending the money. They first vacuum and clean your mats, then your car goes through a touchless car wash. I wish they would've dried my mats better because they were put back in my car soaking wet. So when I got home, I left them out on the grass to air dry. Not a huge issue, but I can't imagine how much this must suck in the winter. After the car wash, a group of 5-6 guys teamed up and cleaned the rest of the interior of my car. All the little crumbs were gone and they cleaned my windows very well. Some dog hair was left on my floor, and my steering wheel was left sticky. Not sure if they use the same cloths on every car? They do a very quick job, which can be seen as not putting a lot of detail into their work... But for under $40, you can't expect a deep clean like a dealership does. I'd definitely come back. Hopefully, when it's not as busy so I don't have to wait 40+ minutes. But I guess everyone likes this place if it's always busy!

For a price of $63, I expected a much more thorough and detailed clean. (Expected : At least no visible dirt) Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the wash, especially considering the cost. I honestly don't see that they did everything they advertise for their "5-star" wash. It felt like several promised steps were either skipped or not done properly. I strongly suggest inspecting the entire process, as the service did not reflect what was advertised
