It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

After leaving, I stopped at a gas station and inspected the truck more closely. I immediately noticed fresh scratches on the plastic trim at the top of the dashboard above the steering wheel. This is a very tight area to clean, and based on where the scratches are located, it appears something such as a bracelet, metal bangle, or contaminated cleaning cloth may have rubbed against the plastic while the dashboard or windshield area was being wiped. My truck is new, with protective plastic still remaining on some interior panels, and I am extremely meticulous about the condition of my vehicles. I am confident these marks were not there before the cleaning. I returned and spoke with the manager/owner expecting the situation to at least be taken seriously. Instead, he immediately denied that his staff could have caused the damage, argued that the scratches must have already been there, and ultimately walked away without offering any solution or taking responsibility. Mistakes can happen when detailing vehicles. What bothered me most was how the situation was handled afterward. If a customer is bringing forward damage immediately after receiving a service, I would expect the concern to be properly inspected and handled professionally rather than simply dismissed. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with a high-end or newer vehicle. If damage occurs, my experience suggests you may have a difficult time getting management to acknowledge or address it.

The only thing was that after the carpet dried some salt stains were still there so I had to take it back and they did it again without a complaint. All the salt stains were gone, all the crud from the corner of the cup holders, and even all between the seats and the console, the vents and every other crevice of the car was completely clean. I have makeup on different parts of the interior of the car and it was completely gone. Even the glove compartment and all the other pockets of the car was completely cleaned up. After the car wash, a group of 5-6 guys teamed up and cleaned the rest of the interior of my car. All the little crumbs were gone and they cleaned my windows very well. Some dog hair was left on my floor, and my steering wheel was left sticky. Not sure if they use the same cloths on every car? They do a very quick job, which can be seen as not putting a lot of detail into their work... But for under $40, you can't expect a deep clean like a dealership does. I'd definitely come back. The car wash area have signs that state that bucket washing is prohibited when customers are waiting. In other words, I expect bucket washing is welcome during non-peak hours. There's a couple of trees at this location which creates a decent amount of shade during the late afternoon or early evening hours. A perfect place for your detailing needs after washing your car!
