Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. Being our first time in having PPF done on a car, they understood what we needed and explained the process. We felt so comfortable that we've decided to have them do the full body exterior PPF with Xpel, and added the infusion exterior and interior (ceramic coating). The car looks amazing! I initially wanted the Satin PPF, but this is way better, because its wet and shiny look. I should also add that during our wait (6 days - we were in no rush), we bought the Tux Mat for the car, and asked them if they can put it in for us. With no hesitation they agreed, and mind you those mats takes time to install! A few weeks later I went back because I bought a spoiler and didn't want to install it myself since the car was already ceramic coated I've asked if they can help me prepare the body and install the spoiler for us. Their new shop in Stouffville is quite a bit larger, and although it's farther for me to get to, I still make the trek because it's one of the few places I'd fully trust to take care of my vehicle. There are many PPF shops in the GTA but only a handful where you truly get staff with the experience and skill for seamless PPF installation, including bespoke pieces where the usual template cut-outs just don't fit as well. They also provide ceramic coating for the chassis, wheels, and calipers, tinting services, and dash-cam installation. On occasion, I've had them look into some custom installations (e.g., front plate magnet mount), which were done incredibly well and professionally. And speaking of professionalism, Steven has always stood behind his installations and his standards are very high. As with any PPF installations, things can shift and loosen after it settles (even months after install), and he has always taken the time to make it right again. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Elevated Auto for any of your vehicle cosmetic needs!

I need based on how I use my car. He will always give his recommendation on whether purchasing more or protecting other parts is needed or not, and will not impose the sale on you. I only have three photos recently of the PPF saving my car most recently being someone scratching the PPF on my door to the point where the PPF was damaged, but not the paint below. Another time I had Rex fix PPF on my bumper when a rock hit it when I was driving it tore through the PPF but my bumper was safe. Because they hand cut their PPF you will see that the edges and corners are wrapped and tucked in versus the traditional machine cut, which gives your car more protection. I also had my windows tinted and Car ceramic coated when I brought it in for a PPF as well. Pricing varies based on your car size and add-ons you want so it would be best to call in to get your quote.

Do not I repeat DO NOT ever purchase a vehicle from Wilson-Niblett!!…read more In March, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Wilson-Niblett. Little did we know, it would have been our worst nightmare. Besides the horrible customer service from our sales man, our families life was put on the line. During the safety of the vehicle, the technician missed a leaking brake line. Shortly after picking up the vehicle my husband noticed that the line was pissing brake fluid while two of our three children were in the car with him. As a "solution" we were told to bring the vehicle back to have it looked at and repaired. Just when we thought that we were out of the woods, the line began to leak again but this time with our entire family in the car. We were told to bring the vehicle back in and were offered a few complementary oil changes as a compensation. At this point the dealership had us in a rental vehicle twice over a couple of months. BUT IT DOESN'T STOP THERE..... Last week while driving, the vehicle began to shake uncontrollably and began to make a very loud noise. When we pulled over, my husband noticed that three of the four wheels had the wrong wheel nuts and were extremely loose. My husband was able to twist the nut off with the smallest twist of his hand. Once again, the technician failed to do his job correctly. Due to the negligence, irresponsibility and inattentiveness of the technician, not only could my three children's life been put to risk from not having brake fluid or having the wheels fly off while on the highway, this could have lead to fatality to other drivers on the road. I was unable to sleep for many nights. As a result of the incident that occurred, after spending five hours at the dealership last week going back and forth with the GM, we were offered to reverse the deal and to get our money back. It has come to our attention today while browsing the inventory that the Nissan has been relisted. Not only was it relisted, but it is listed for more than what we paid, and what was returned to us. No other compensation was offered to us which was absolutely appalling. If any fatalities occurred due to the negligence of Wilson-Niblett, it would have costed them way more than the cost of the car. I pray and hope that my review reaches as many people as possible and that any potential customers will think twice about giving this dealership any business and most importantly putting their trust and lives in their hands. I hope that no other mother has to ever face such a terrible event that could have cost them their child(rens) lives.
