The woman on the phone was super friendly and informed, explaining that the service may take 4-5 hours if the stains were severe (dog-related, salt, etc.). He is rude and pushy with me, which I did not tolerate. Once I spoke to someone in their customer service, the very nice woman made the excuse that "that was always how he was". I did talk to her about the attitude, which was unnecessary since I was just trying to drop the car and leave. The actual car detailing job was ok, not great or perfect. To specify, there were seat stains from a dog, some regular drink spills and dirt on high touch surfaces, some natural dust on the dash, salt on the carpet. They got rid of: the vomit, the salt, the drink spills. They left behind: dash dust, dirt on high tough surfaces. It was good because the serious stains were gone, but its like they focused on that and forgot to dust. Since it was last minute, the place did what I needed, but I wouldn't go back if this is their regular quality.
