I advise any customers at Carcone's to install dash cams. There was over 158 kilometre's put on my vehicle for the three days it was at your location. He returned my text within an hour with a couple options and his recommendation which was produced by a company owned by Michelin at a much lower price. We arranged an installation for 2 days later. I received his text that the tires had arrived the next day and I arrived for my appointment the next day. They took my car from the front, they sanded the corrosion from my rims which was causing slow leaks, installed the tires and advised me on the condition of my brakes at my request. We chatted a bit. I payed and left. I also noticed the thousands of sets of neatly stacked sets of tires in storage which represent regular clients. The whole deal went so efficiently, pleasantly and at a great price. The company also recommends tire rotation every 5k km and provides it at no charge.

Since the hours are only 8:30-5:30 M-F I had to go the next morning at 8:30, I was the first one, and the owner (not sure his name) told me only one had to be replaced, which was fine. So I got one used tire for 45$. I had to wait 20 mins or so for the guys who actually work in the garage part to show up for their shift. But once they showed up, I was out by 9:20. I went back today, deciding to replace all 4 of my tires (they were all different - I know bad decisions).. to get new all seasons and same thing, waited till the garage guys showed up at 9. All 4 tires replaced, out before 9:30. The owner purchased my old tires as well, so that was nice, discounted my purchase. Even though I showed up first at 8:30am both times, there was someone who showed up almost immediately after me, and then after them. So I would suggest going when they open to make sure you will be out at a decent time if you're in a bit of a hurry. I would also suggest asking questions, as they don't really tell you everything. Like, I had to ask about the warranty and the re-torque and the prices etc etc. I rated 3* because my experience was A-OK, nothing outstanding really. I am pleased though.
