Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. Grease stains, dirt, salt from carpet was almost all taken out (as best as could be i was told). Reasonable pricing, accommodating staff, and neat waiting area.

The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.

Their booking procedure is a little wonky but easy enough to figure out as they have plenty of last minute availabilities online. We booked it and went in, they do need to see the car before giving you an exact cost- but it was pretty accurate with the online prices. We got the silver package with add on dog hair removal. My car had SO MUCH dog hair everywhere and just sand from the beach in the mats and cracks. We actually asked them to clean the dog hammock (that goes over the back seat) as well since one you remove the hammock the seats were actually quite clean having hardly been sat on. I didn't know what to expect picking it up, but I have to say I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised! They did an AWESOME job, they were friendly, quick, and it was how much we were quoted. This business caters exclusively to downtown elites and wealthy regulars who tip big and drive luxury vehicles. If you're not one of them, or drive a modest car, expect to be treated with open contempt and hostility before having your appointment denied. When I arrived for my first-ever detailing appointment, the owner immediately demanded cash, something I did not expect or prepare for, and then quoted a 4-5 hour wait, despite the website advertising only 2 hours. When I asked for clarification and needed a moment to check if I had the cash available and could take the extra time off work, he became dismissive, visibly irritated, and told me to leave the lot!! It all happened very quickly and I was very confused. He didn't even offer to reschedule -- he just wanted me gone, which made it very clear: if you aren't an existing customer or look like you leave big tips, then he does not want your business.
