They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color.
