We first found them after a cross-country move -- one car was driven from Los Angeles (with two dogs), and the other was shipped. Both arrived in rough shape, and Ace did a phenomenal job with a full interior and exterior deep clean, plus a high-quality wax that made both cars look close to new again. Since then, we've been using them pretty regularly for exterior washes. Super easy to schedule, very flexible, and everything's handled over text with easy online/mobile payment. They've got several packages to choose from, and are happy to customize if you're looking for something a little different. They may not be the cheapest option, but the convenience, reliability, and results make them well worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Sent a bunch of photos during the 2-3 days it supposedly took to do the job. (Very deceiving when photos are taken from 3ft+ away...a simple car wash and it'll look good) Paint was shiny, I'll give 'em that...but nowhere close to what I was promised or even expected. Swirls? still there...Clay Bar? Not even used cause even with whatever sealant/wax they used, the paint still felt rough. Interior was wiped down with a rag at most. I checked under the mats, dirty. A complete hack job. Had to argue for a refund....ended up with approx 40% back. What a horrible experience. Go with personal recommendations when it comes to detailing shops...the reviews this place has on Google all seem very suspect based on my experience. Just my luck...Guess they put the new guy or the disgruntled employee on my car.

The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.
