I bought a new RX350 in May 2019 and decided to applied Ceramic Pro to it based on the info I heard, saw and read about. So, I googled a few auto shops and came across Hamza at Get Detailed. I spoke with Hamza a few times on the phone about the process, price and scheduling a convenient time to get my car into the shop. They also have a payment plan if you prefer that route. Hamza is very knowledgeably and fair. He was also flexible in accommodating my schedule. I then met Kevin who is also very knowledgeable. He further explained the benefits of the product and how to wash and care for my car. Get Detailed have WiFi, tea/coffee/water and snacks if you choose to wait while getting some services done. The bathroom is also clean. I found all the staff I dealt with to be relaxed, friendly, reasonable and ready to help in anyway to make me happy. And I was very happy when I saw my new shiny pearl white car with Ceramic Pro!! I highly recommend Hamza and his staff at Get Detailed and plan on being a long-term customer! Hamza is courteous and professional in providing new car detailing advices and services. Over the Xmas holidays, I left an inquiry on getdetailed.ca. To my surprise, I received a personal phone call back from Hamza within a day. Hamza was very patient with me when explaining the benefits and costs of the different products and services he has to offer. He wasn't pushy nor annoyed by the many questions I asked, and seemed truly concerned for the well-being of my new car. His customer service was excellent! I was in the process of buying a new car and contacted Hamza for his new car prep. He was very accommodating and told me to come by as soon as I picked it up from the dealership. I specifically told the dealership not to remove any of the wrapping material on the car, since Hamza stated that he would remove it and fix any paint issues. Due to my schedule, I ended up dropping it off near the end of the day and went to pick it up the next day. I went to pick up the car the next day and Hamza had done a wonderful job. The car looked better than ever, and he had applied Ceramic Coat to the exterior of the car to protect the paint. He went above and beyond by recommending me some other places to get work done for my car and even offered to give me a lesson on how to properly clean my car myself. I found hamza by accident online without reading any reviews. I emailed him and to my surprise, he replied back within a few hours! That impressed me a whole lot already. I asked to give him a visit and we met up the same day. I explained to him about my disappointment with another company (make it shine) and what I would like to achieve with my car paint protection. Hamza was very professional, he took a lot of time explaining and even polished a small part of my car in order to give me a proper quote which was cheaper and more reasonable than other companies I checked out!! I recently got a used van that had not been used in over 8 months. It was extremely dirty and needed a thorough cleaning inside and out. I met Hamza who was very polite and friendly and was prepared to do the job while I shopped at a near by store. I returned within an hour and found my car not only washed impeccably from the outside but was cleaned and polished on the inside. I was impressed to say the least. Simply put this is the best service I have ever had! The results were amazing, but the customer service was beyond anything I could have imagined. We were late bringing our car to the shop from the dealership and they were kind enough to stick around after hours for us to bring it by. I had mentioned that my wife would be taking the subway up after work to pick up our car, and they were kind enough to pick her up from the station. I work in the service industry myself, and I can honestly say this is the very best service and care I have ever seen or experienced. Hamza just left my house about a minute ago - I can't say enough about the guy! Came out to the middle of nowhere (my house) at an ungodly hour (8am!) on a long weekend, when it was like 5 degrees out. He managed to take out all of the deeply etched swirls and holograming that were the byproduct of a knucklehead armed with a 2-stage cutter and an orbital buffer. Heck, he even took my roof rails out and cleaned them out and took out some unrelated old scratches left from service appointments at the dealership! Bravo! read more

Had Hamza of Elevated do interior car cleaning / decontamination after my dear friends left some shrimp in my trunk. The fish smell was very pungent and persistent, to the point where it would soak into my clothes. Hamza has done a great job pressure washing the trunk liner, steam-cleaning the interior, applying anti-microbial spray and so on. I was happy to see the fish smell gone. Hamza did a great job thoroughly cleaning the inside of my car. I was blown away when I looked inside: it smelt and looked just like it did when I first bought it. All the salt stains were totally gone, like they had never been there. He also did a nice job touching up some scratches on the outside. Did a good job getting my car prepped for winter. Missed a tiny spot near the license plate and the trunk handle (which is understandable since it's fairly hidden) and I was just going to let it slide.
