I was parked in Etobicoke in a ZipCar I had rented after the advice, and while channel surfing I could pickup WNED 94.5 HD from Buffalo, though faintly with a little noise in between a Hamilton country station and CBC Radio 2. The factory radio in the Chrysler Pacifica I drove is not very good and drops stations that others hadn't. I was ready to drive all the way to St. Catharines for another retailer/installer that's big in town but the clerk sent the wrong link as I requested info on an HD model so I won't be making the drive. Speakers might not be the issue, and a better head unit and probably an amp might be good advice. I've heard the same advice and it rings true.

I took his word for it. I paid about $250 for the subwoofer, amp and capacitor transfer, and an adaptor for the factory stereo in the new car. No issues so far. Everything was done within the time as promised; and aside from the adapter, which was necessary, there were no surprise charges. I recommend this place.

I'm the type of customer who appreciates going to a specialist whom I trust, and I can add these guys to that list. I don't have to second guess their choices when it comes to hardware and execution. Pick a budget and book your car in, simple! As far as scheduling goes, I'm super happy with the way Joe got my car in on a Saturday and patiently went over it with me there before I let them at it. The best part of this experience was having their expertise to come up with creative solutions for installation and components on my custom ride.
