Honest Service? Instead you say, "we only use good quality, that is all you need to know" What's that? LeslievilleGeeks also mentioned they will need to hire a lisenced electrician, therefore it might likely cost me not more then $1,200 including taxes. "All In" when all said & done. This geek is amazing!!! Sunder was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, does a fantastic job and offers great value. My job involves work with general public too and I often get disappointed with poor customer service when I am a customer. I am not too computer savvy. So he spoke to me in very simple non-geeky language and listed down all the issues that I have with my computer. He then started his diagnosis and started to fix one by one ticking of the list. He helped me fix my slow computer, Internet connectivity issues, moved my wireless modem to get better signal where I need it most, cleaned up programs I don't use, updated my anti-virus and windows programs, fixed problems I had with Skype, taught me how to upload pictures and set privacy settings on face-book :). After all that he wrote me a dummies guide on a sheet of paper. I have it with me all the time. Furthermore he is contactable by phone at any time for help. He also helped me source parts for my vintage lights from overseas at a very very cheap price. OMG!!! This guy is resourceful and always thinks on how to save you money. Sunder has cleared out all the conflicting junk on my PC. Start up was so slow. Every click was so slow to complete. The movies on Netflix coming through my PC were stuttering so much, picture, and sound, it completely spoiled wonderful Netflix. All my stuff in the computer was hard to find, or impossible. Sunder checked it over, made the diagnosis, selected, and applied the treatment it needed. To me he is a genius; his work is a mystery to me. He is always honing his sharp creative problem solving abilities and building on his education, training, and experience in the field of communication electronics and fibre optics along with his creative problem solving ability. Found this through Kijiji and the main guy, Sunder had personally come to view my very complicated re-cabling request. He fished wires through my huge built-in cabinet, concealed all speaker cabling, purchased required cables, later installed my new LED TV, DVD, Amplifier and Surround System in a specific compartment of my built in. he also programmed my universal remote control. very neat, organized. thinks out of the box. bonus- he is good with kids, My toddlers had fun when he was fixing things in the house. I called him again to tidy up cables and fix up the TV and sound system in my basement. He also fixed our TV and DVD in our bedroom. I requested him to calibrate our TV. He said he has not been certified by Imaging Science so he cannot charge for calibration but can only help. He however guided me how to adjust the contrast/color/brightness/grayscale settings to suite my needs and we worked our a pretty good setting for us to watch DVD's, Cable TV and netflix. My experience with LeslievilleGeek was fantastic from start to finish. I was looking for someone to come to our home to help us with various issues and found them by doing a search on yelp and 411. I agreed with Sunder that he would come to our home at a specific time: he was prompt in his arrival and extremely professional. He helped us transfer the data from our old desktop PC which gave out on us to our new PC laptop and to our Mac. He also set up our iPad on the new computer and set up our printer to work on WiFi. They Installed a few programs and solved all our Anti_Virus software which was plaguing the laptops.. Sunder is knowledgeable, resourceful and patient, which is hard to find. I called LeslievilleGeek for advice on how to mount my widescreen TV above my fireplace. I was under the impression that this kind of thing was hard to accomplish and maybe even impossible as I live in a very old home. Not only did I get an excellent consultation, but the technicians went above and beyond to ensure that my installation was perfect, well aligned and perfectly positioned, with all the wires tucked away so neatly you wouldn't even know they existed! I am not a 'software' guy so when my aging Dell M65 crashed I thought that was the end of the world and I had to get a new notebook. The geek: Sunder (he really looks the part as well), actually took the time to explain step by step what he was doing and walked me thru the solution as well in plain english (but I would not dare to perform it myself in the future). It turns out the recurrent appearance of the blue screen of death was easily fixed with a simple WIndows re-install. 3wks later & I'm happy to report that the problem did not recur again. As I was moving to a new house, it quickly became apparent that I had no idea what I was doing, and I had visions of my previously-mounted flat-panel TV crashing to the floor. Enter Sunder. He came by quickly the next morning, dismounted the TV with lightning speed, and then met me later at my new house to mount it on the wall. It hangs above the fireplace and looks spectacular.
