They said I should have noticed it before I open the package. As an average consumer, how could I know whether if it is a correct product or not? They have been sitting in my room not working for probably over a year. I was worried about sending it in to a place because I thought it could not be fixed and that people would charge me up the wazoo just for an estimate. I finally decided I would take it in to get fixed at Duke, because unlike a lot of other places, this place did not charge for an assessment/estimate. I left it and they told me they would call me within the day for a quote on how much it would cost... and so they did. After I agreed to the cost, they fixed it right up within just a day or two and I was able to test it before I paid, just to make sure it worked. I was elated!!! It worked perfectly. Wow!! And to think I was just going to throw it out. Thank you Duke Electronics. These people are selling ALL KINDS OF electronics n appliances. Fair enough, it's a discount store and has super great deals. They were even open during a major…read moresnow storm. We purchased a microwave - (retail cost was $220), for $100 which was great. It works perfectly and is a top of the line product, name brand. The second thing we purchased was a humidifier. You know, it gets really dry up here in the winter. So we went for one that would cover a lot of space, I forget how much exactly, but I believe it was bionic brand. Retails for $125 and we got it for $75. The only problem was it leaks water all over the place and we cannot fill it up and just leave it on. Instead I have to pour just enough water in the corral and then keep minding it when I think it's gone. I'm not totally sure that it is really being disbursed through the air, or that it is just generally evaporating naturally. I've contacted the company three times and they wont let me do an even exchange. There was no way for us to know it wouldn't work, as it takes about an hour to start happening...... so I have a perfectly good microwave, and an okay humidifier. Pros: these guys will bargain with you a bit for a fair price. If there is something you want, I'm sure they will have it or know how to get it. The hours are great. Cons: cash only - the ATM is close by, but for someone such as myself who got a semi- working product, there is no way to make an exchange. There is stuff EVERYWHERE you maybe have a small pathway to walk through and you can't browse the whole store. I'd return though, but be more cautious in what I end up buying.

One of my peers suggested GTA TV Wall Mounting and Denis replied back almost immediately with prices that were astonishingly cheaper than Best Buy and other independent wall mounting competitors. I went with the upward and downward angular lean mount which was the lowest-priced selection, yet other companies would have the same mount as their 2nd lowest-priced option $30 or higher. Once Denis came, he did it lightning fast and came with proper equipment and PPE. You will not believe how much space our home saved by doing this. Thank you so much Denis. Your professionalism and quality of work deserves a way higher price point. You are fairly priced, a genuine person and you have my word that I will not be going to anyone else but you for any future TV's and our future home as well!!
