I had my vehicle detailed Thursday at Jameson Place 10:30 appt. Here is my experience · Arrived 7:20 - no one there. (supposed to open at 7 AM) · Made another trip over to drop keys back before my appointment · Paid online and arranged to have keys left as security desk as your detailer was not working that afternoon. · Noticed a couple spots on the exterior that had been missed when I picked it up. Did not think much of it. · Gate card left on the dash, parking machine at exit said it was expired when I tried to exit the parking garage. Cause a lineup and had to wait for onsite parking staff to let me out. · On the way home noticed the inside of the windshield had not been cleaned. Had a look through the vehicle at home: · Dirty cup holders · Back carpet of the SUV still has loose debris, small amount of grass · sunroof not cleaned · Dusty dash, must have wiped then vacuumed? · Tailgate smudges on the chrome · No contact/feedback/customer care link on your website. I usually use the other downtown detailing service LeClercq. I have always had excellent experience there. The job at Reflections looks like one of my kids did the work. Micheal kept me up to date on the process and ensured the car was indoors long enough to let the coating cure. The results were spectacular! I can't give them enough praise.

I took it in for a Platinum Detailing. got one day turn around and the truck truly looks brand in inside and out. The paint stains are completely gone. the entire truck looks and smells fresh and like new. highly recommended.
