I have bought several covers from Classic Accessories over the years (patio table, patio sofas & chairs, BBQ, shade umbrella and log racks). For their 2024 Cyber Monday promotion they offered 60% off and free shipping on all orders. I went ahead and ordered a patio coffee table cover using their promo code. I checked the receipt and it had a $17 shipping charge. I called their (seemingly offshore) customer support and explained that I thought I had been incorrectly charged. The customer service agent said they would discuss the refund with their supervisor. I also sent an email to their customer service email address and heard nothing back. Absent any refund or response, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and Classic Accessories can enjoy the charge back fee. The cover is still sitting in its box ready to be returned. I'll never buy anything from this company directly again and will simply buy another brand or buy through Home Depot who actually honor their shipping and refund policies. read more

TL;DR Received rusted parts 3 times from this company: once in the box, & twice from their warehouse. They even assured me the warehouse manager would check it the last time but didn't. Customer service is slow to respond, if they respond at all, & lacks attention to detail. The Colorado Pontoon boat is nice. I had no issues carrying it & it fits fully inflated in the back of a F150. Cup holders are a bit too flimsy but has plenty of storage. I'd recommend a air pump that shuts off at a selected PSI. Don't try to guess because underinflation will not allow the boat to cut through the water well. The long but complete story: This is going to mostly detail my experience with the condition of the boat when I received it, the parts I received from the warranty claim, & the lacking customer service. It's very detailed but I think it's important to understand the disappointing process I had to go through just so you won't be surprised if it also happens to you. I received this boat with (2) foot pegs that showed rust on the inside. When I tipped one of them up, rusted metal particles fell onto my floor (see attached image). I thought, at first, that this had been used & returned but everything looked as though it came this way from the warehouse but several parts of the boat had chipped paint so I was suspicious. I immediately contacted the company on 6/8/2023 via their customer service chat bot. (The paperwork indicated to contact the company for any issues, not to return to point of sale.) I got the chat bot because it was after hours. The bot requested my information, which I provided. A short while later I received an email containing our warranty claim chat, but lacking any reference number. 6/9: I responded to the chat's email, providing a bit more information as well as photos showing the issue. 6/21: After two weeks had passed, I sent another email asking about my warranty claim but after a day had passed, I decided to try contacting their support chat during business hours. This time I chatted with a real person but they were unable to find any warranty claim even though I have an email showing this. The support person (Yani) told me to forward all of the previously threads to their warranty contact. 6/22: As I was told, I forwarded the previous threads to their warranty contact. I never got a response. 6/27: I decided to go on their website to see if I could find another method of submitting a warranty claim, which I did through a form. After submitting this, with photos, I received another email, this time different from the previous one. This time it said. "Ensure you have allowed a full 10 days for us to process your claim & ship your replacement". At this point, I was starting to get worried seeing I was getting close to Amazon's return date & if they weren't going to fulfill it, I wanted to return it & get a refund. 6/30: I called & spoke with a person who said the warranty was currently being processed. Although I tried to get clarification on if this meant it was going to get fulfilled, I didn't feel the customer support person gave me confidence that this was going to happen. 7/11: I received my two new set of pegs. When I examined the new parts in their bags I, once again saw rust dust covering several areas of the bag & when I tipped the tube up, rust dust came out again. (See attached image). 7/12: I filled out another form. This time I included my previous warranty claim number so they had reference as well as 3 photos showing the issue. 7/18: I received an email response apologizing for the issue & asking me to submit pictures. I responded with an image of the email THEY responded to with an arrow pointing to the three images I had previously submitted. Great attention to detail. In any case, they once again apologized & assured me that "...this time will be carefully checked by one of the warehouse supervisors." 7/20: I received the "carefully checked" parts & guess what, more rust. At this point, I was done dealing with this company & just decided that I had enough foot pegs that if they rusted through, I'd just replace them with a new set. I suspect they don't do a good job of painting the inside of these tubes, so the damp air causes the parts to rust. Not a good sign for a product that's purpose is to sit in water. Although I got my parts, the effort I had to go through just to never receive any with rust just says that both their quality control, & quality assurance, is low & their customer support process could use much improvement. When I realized their warehouse is a short drive away from me, I asked the customer support person if I could drive down and get them, they said the warehouse supervisor wasn't keen on this. So much for trying to save me time and them shipping costs. In the end, the boat works great but with the poor customer experience, I'll consider other companies first before buying from them again. read more

I purchase 2 outdoor chaise lounges givers and quality and fit outstanding. Unfortunately after 1 plus years the inside of covers seemed to breakdown in AZ heat. I contacted customer service and filled out required form and I was shipped 2 replacement at no charge. This company has the oddest return policy I've ever come across. If you need to return a product they somehow feel they have the right to keep what you paid for shipping charges. It's actually written right in their return policy. At first I thought it was to cover return shipping but they told me to just throw the product away? I also called and emailed their customer service and never got a response. They sent me a survey and it had a comments section which I filled out. Never got a response. I'd say if you're looking for any kind of cover steer clear of this company. They're dishonest and their customer service is awful. read more

The only reason I gave one star is it is the worst rating available, "BEWARE" This company does NOT honor their warranty!! I purchased a cover for my RV and after only 6 months the top fell apart, to th point when I touched it the fabric latterly turned to powder. I contacted them via email and received a response of "Due to the virus will will get back to you in 30 days. After 45 days I tried to contact them again and received a response of you need to file a warranty claim. I did that and included all requested documents plus photos of the damage. Sent additional emails 3 times only to receive the same form letter we will get back to you in 30 days. That was 91 days ago! So, I purchased an RV cover for my travel trailer through a distributor of Classic Accessories. When I received the cover I was very pleased with the quality of the cover, but unfortunately it didn't fit. When I called the distributor (RVcovers.com), they informed me that they had been purchased by another company and were unwilling to exchange the cover for the correct size. $550 down the drain. Bummer. I then contacted Classic Accessories in an effort to try and get the cover exchanged. I spoke with two Representatives (Jody and Derick) who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Since Classic didn't sell me the cover, they weren't able to do an exchange so they forwarded me to their supervisor (Alex). Long story short, they are sending me the correct cover for my trailer. Even though this wasn't through any fault of their own, Classic Accessories is making this right and I applaud them for their customer service. I purchased a Classic Accessories outdoor table cover to protect my furniture during the cold months. I purchased this product, as I wanted something decent that would last and give protection. It was very sturdy. However, when I tried to remove the cover, the polyester lining was glued to my table. The table is ruined, as is the cover itself. I purchased a fire pit cover knowing they have a 30 day return policy. The size I received is smaller than what I need so I wanted to exchange for a bigger size (at day 45). They refused. Their website does not say anything about a time limit on an exchange. I would actually be paying more for the larger product. They don't get it. I bought a travel boat cover With 4 year warranty. Less than a year and 4 trips, holes and wear. I submitted warranty as I registered the product warranty with classic accessories as the warranty card inside the box directed. When time to make a claim they advised me to pursue it from another company. The old run around. I've done business with Duck Covers in the past and was very happy with their product and customer service however, Classic Accessories is horrible. They don't return my calls or emails and now their voice mail says they are not accepting new messages....who does that? I understand a lot of people are working from home right now (including myself) but how difficult is it to return a call? I was charged for an extra item, charged for shipping (even though they are offering free shipping), and haven't received my items because they used the wrong mailing address. I purchased chair, couch and table covers made by Classic Accessories 3-years ago for our deck and porch furniture. The covers are well made, great quality (I get compliments on the covers) and fit. They have held up to year round exposure to SC sun and when there has been fabric weakening Classic Accessories has made good on their warranty. I purchased a cover from Classic Accessories for my teardrop caravan in June 2019. I fitted the cover in September 2019 at the end of the summer season. By June 2020 the cover had completely disintegrated. The fabric acted like wet paper, it simply washed away in rain. I complained to Classic Accessories, and asked for a full refund, as the product is clearly unfit for purpose. Classic Accessories have refused to refund me for this obviously sub standard product. However they have offered me a replacement cover. But why would I want another cover from them, that is the same product, and is highly unlikely to do the job that it has been designed to do. After a second attempt to get a refund, and a second refusal, I decided to get the replacement that had been offered. To do this, I needed to go via Classic Accessories website. When I tried to enter my address for delivery, it would not allow me to, as the site will only allow USA or Canadian deliveries. So I am back where I started. A completely useless product from a completely useless company. Please avoid this company at all costs. They sell substandard equipment, and avoid their responsibilities to their clients. I used one of their RV covers for outdoor storage of my T@B teardrop trailer. After 2-1/2 years exposure to Central Oregon's high desert UV, ice and wind, a small problem arose. I took a few pictures and filled out the on-line form, and in less than a week a new replacement appeared at my door. This company's customer service is impeccable. I had rips developing in 2 outdoor chair covers I purchased 2.5 years ago and they offer a 3 year warranty. The process of submitting an online claim could not have been easier. Uploaded a picture of the covers, filled in a few lines, and one week later, 2 new covers arrived at my door. The covers are also so much better than those you might find at Lowe's or elsewhere. Really waterproof, etc. I highly recommend the company and the products they sell. read more
