What I didn't enjoy was the checkout experience with the very pushy clerk to get their "co-op" rewards. He even asked us when our last trip in was (2 years ago) and we mentioned we don't even think we've made a purchase here. We were getting one item and this guy went on a long speech about the program and judged us for having a Costco card? Weird he's even looking in my wallet as I'm trying to pay, and only made me want that rewards card less.

So I arrive at South Center DICKS SPORTING GOODS and it's my turn at counter. I say " I'm returning jacket" and this punk ask's why. Like who FLIPPING CARES but I share I didn't like the fit. Then he ask's did you wear it , and answer was " NO " ! At this point he starts sniffing the jacket like it's a line of Peruvian Flake , I kid you not. I'm thinking is this two toned hair punk really questioning me on a return and then sniffs it. Since when does a return with documents turn into the Spanish Inquisition. My god someone needs to train the help in customer service and how not to be an a-hole! I mean my Louis Vuitton sunglasses I came in wearing cost more than his two week paycheck.
