Well what a difference a second visit can make because this time, I was pleasantly helped with my…read morenew pair of jeans! In fact, I bought an a second pair. I decided to come back and give it another go because one, I really wanted to believe I would be taken care of and two, I needed some new jeans from all the weight I have been carrying. I went in with my daughter again, and I didn't recognize anyone from my first visit, I did get immediately greeted and the sales crew did any excellent job of making recommendations and helping me trying on different options. Appropriately, I wanted to update my review to reflect my complete satisfaction. I can't wait to go back and get some more stuff.

I went directly to the right-hand side front corner of the store where the Seattle Seahawks gear was. I could see it from the entrance. The first shirt I looked at was $35... hmmm... Two Time Super Bowl winner... they might win more! Haha! I went to the clearance rack and found a $21 shirt... YES! All in all, I paid $1.10, including tax for this t-shirt! I'm so happy!!! Thanks for the service (even though she ate a candy and had to open the wrapper during the transaction, she apologized... maybe her sugar level was getting low?)!

Why were the sales just okay? Well, there wasn't much in the lower ranges where you could get half off and many of the sales were BOGO. I don't need BOGO. I need one item lol. So I ended up passing on everything I intended to investigate today. On the positive side, I was very surprised and pleased to find them open before 10 and all set for Christmas returns. After some indecision, she picked one out and of course, I couldn't resist and bought one too. The one I purchased is a little plainer, perfect for work, and was on sale for over half off, which of course sealed the deal. I already started using it and love both the color (blue!) and functionality. The gentleman working during our visit was so patient and informative as he answered a bajillion questions from my friend while letting us browse without pressure. Of course prices are on the higher side but I have always appreciated Cotopaxi's fun color ways, quality, and their commitment to doing good. The only downside for this visit was that I was told I would get my receipt via email but never received it, which is a bummer because I like keeping them for warranty purposes.

Also they have their chocolate gift boxes there and their gift bags. Bottom floor, which is near household, babies (I think?) and their discounted items. Then it's upstairs and out into the mall via the obligatory perfume gauntlet - which smells amazing. Apart from having an old-ish vibe, they've got plenty to browse and buy and service is friendly.
