Really helpful staff, very competitive prices. very easy to pick up at the Bonney lake location. make sure to select local pickup when online shopping to get the local pickup price, which is less expensive than the shipping price. read more

A hidden gem in the PNW weightlifting community. I recently acquired an incline/decline bench, a ghd and safety squat bar from Giant. Solid equipment for professional or private use at a great price. Highly recommended! read more

I've purchased stuff from Giant Lifting twice - they have good prices, their inventory is online, and you can order to pick it up locally, which is awesome. I haven't really compared their stuff to other major brands, but everything seems better than I'd expect for the price. read more

A delayed review, but this place helped me to create some sense of normalcy in the early phases of the pandemic, with weights for my home gym. Their website is easy order to order from and they offer high quality items that can be discounted when you choose to pickup in person. My 5-50lb dumbbell set is still holding up well and the storage rack is excellent quality and gives me confidence that it can securely hold all the weights without sagging. Price-wise I think they're definitely worth it when buying large weight sets, but I can't speak for the other items. I'm glad they opened a second location in Tukwila, which is definitely easier to get to instead of Bonney Lake. read more

Giant Lifting - 5-50lb dumbbell set with XL storage rack - Fitness/Exercise Equipment Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

I've made several purchases within the last year. Good quality on all and excellent customer service. I've picked up my orders in Bonney Lake and have been really impressed. One issue recently with the standalone lat-rower machine I purchased regarding assembly and instructions. One of the owners addressed my issues in a really professional manner and I'm 100% happy with the outcome and especially the machine. Good company to do business with and I highly recommend them. read more

I've been waiting to get all I wanted prior to leaving this review (yes I'm selfish and didn't want to get gouged on resells). This place is a gem and couldn't be happier that they're here in the PNW. Products are top notch, especially for their price. Their bumper plates were backordered, with an ETA of Nov/Dec (~ 2 weeks after my order). Given COVID, I was fully anticipating they were over promising and would under deliver. I was completely wrong. First week of Dec I got an email informing me my order was ready. Staff at their warehouse were super friendly, even with the constant stream of customers and probably having to lift and load thousands of pounds a day. Even online they were super responsive and willing to help. Overall, can't praise and recommend Giant Lifting enough. There's ridiculous offers on CL and FB with people reselling crap Weider and Fitness gear for twice the retail price. Save your money. Go to Giant Lifting instead. read more

A IG friend recommended this company to me, and I was excited to find they were one of the few places selling complete sets of plates. I attempted to place an order on 4/22, but their online system didn't ship to my home in Texas. So, I reached out to them on IG and received a comment instructing me to email about a quote. The response was quick and straightforward. I received a shipping quote and eventually paid $200 in shipping, no small sum for me. They did knock some off of the cost of the bumper set, which was appreciated, but again I did pay for my own shipping. I make a point of that because after I ordered my set, their web site began to advertise "FREE SHIPPING" in large letters. Anyway, I received my bumper plate set last week, and the VERY day I received them (within an hour of unboxing) I took each plate and placed it on my brand new Ohio Power Bar. Two of my 45 bumpers are defective. The steel inserts are crooked so the plates do not sit flush against the collars of my barbell. The photos I've attached don't do justice to how janky it looks. It's very irritating, and emblematic of a substandard product with bad QC. So, that same day (within the hour) I reached out to Giant Lifting by email and received no response, which was odd because my previous emails to them had received prompt responses. However, this time, I got nothing. Sent an IG message. Still nothing. Finally, I called and spoke with Hunter, but he spoke to me as if I didn't really know what I was talking about. "Sometimes you just have to put the clips on tighter." Um, the plate is damaged. The clips are on. The plate is STILL damaged. During our conversation Hunter brought up the fact that their bumpers are made in the same factory as Fringe Sport. That may be true, but their customer service doesn't appear on par, and these bumpers certainly aren't on par. I sent photos and videos of the defect, and was pretty much ignored until I called and was in essence told I didn't know how to load a bumper plate. Fringe, Rogue, REP, or Titan would have said, "Damaged plate. That's no good. Let's send you another/Let's get you a refund/Let's get you some credit." Giant didn't do ANY of that. It was, "Well, let us check and see if our other plates are damaged to see if you have a point." I have a recording of my conversation with Hunter. I listened to it again to see if maybe I'd misheard. I hadn't misheard. I sent Giant Lifting PHOTOS and VIDEOS. The plates are damaged. What good does looking at your inventory do me? If Rogue or Titan were selling bumper sets, I'd have likely gone that route. Giant wanted to compare itself to Fringe, well, I live in Austin, one of their reps even reached out to me on IG, when he saw I needed plates. I foolishly said, "No, thanks. I have some coming in." Now, I wish I'd taken him up on the offer. I'm giving 3 stars because I do still appreciate that they were willing to get me a quote (before they began offering free shipping to everyone), but the product isn't up to the standard I was promised, and I never got a feeling that the owners were genuinely interested in making it right; that's very, very disappointing. I wouldn't and won't buy from Giant Lifting again read more

I recently purchased from Giant Lifting since they had full sets of plates available! I'd been looking for months, and couldn't believe there was a place nearby that actually had stock. There is a huge discount for local pickup, so I made the 50 minute drive there. It's in a warehouse, but it has a storefront. The employees there were pleasant and brought out the plates and loaded them in the car for me. It was a great experience and I'll recommend it to any friends looking to get quality workout equipment! read more

Thanks to the surge in demand thanks to COVID, we had to wait a long time to get the gear in house.. but we are super stoked with the product! We bought a basic barbell and full set of bumper plates (45, 35, 25, 15, 10). I love the color coding on the different weight plates, and that all the plates are the same diameter, just different thicknesses... you look like a beast when they are all stacked up :) We drove down to Bonney Lake for in-person pick-up for a 25% discount - what a deal! Great product. read more

Giant Lifting's service is 100% 5 stars based on two trips to their Tukwila, Washington warehouse. On the last trip Adam fully answered half a dozen questions, know his stuff, was friendly, and enthusiastic on Giant's products. Value seems very, very high. Great prices on quality looking materials and top home gym plus industry designs. I saved around $450 on a 3x3", 11 gauge, 1" hole power rack that I picked up at Giants warehouse over say a REP 5000 that I was close to getting before Giant's BD3X went on sale. Giant's equipment looks equal or better in my garage than the racks at LA Fitness. Taking one star off due to some slight factory workmanship issues on some of the power rack accessories connections. Giant was running a discount on their J-hooks due to poorer workmanship. Giant was transparent by stating on their website that some J-hooks had a lean to them. I asked Adam to show me several which he did. About half I looked at had the J welded at a slight but very noticeable angle off from plum with its baseplate. Some J's were welded about 1/3 inch higher or lower on the base plate than others causing a barbell to not be level. Weld bead lengths were inconsistent. They all would have worked but where not all aesthetically pleasing when looked at closely. With lots of help from Adam the four I ended up taking home are perfect. However, after assembling the very solid Giant BD3X power rack at home I moved to the safety straps. The last safety strap's hook peg did not line up with its upright tube's holes, nor two other uprights. It did line up with the last upright (odd)! I disassembled all the safety straps and found that some hooks worked with some upright tubes and some did not. Luckily, I was able to find a matching upright hole pattern for each hook. I also compared Giants BD3X top connect crossbar with their name plate on it to a very similar REP 5000 cross bar with name plate that was in my garage. Giant's was a touch larger, but REP's welds were a tad cleaner and REP's name plate was stainless steel. REP's also had eighteen 1" holes across the top and bottom of the rear top cross bar vs 2 holes for Giant. Both had lots of 1" holes on the front and back of this top rear crossbar. I also have a couple Giant bumper plates that seem functionally equivalent to my Rouge bumper plates so far but, I have only had them for a short time. I like that the Giant bumpers are narrower given I don't do that much oly. Given the above I would not hesitate to purchase from Giant Lifting via direct warehouse pickup. Hopefully the J-Hook and safety strap hooks workmanship are isolated cases and more importantly Giant and the Chinese factory can work out a QA/QC inspection plan to mitigate this in the future. Note I have purchased from Rouge's Boneyard an item (still expensive) that was identified by Rouge's QC inspectors as being aesthetically off that I still have not found even a scratch on (I even suspect that it was not Boneyard material, but they needed to fill my order as it took a few days to ship). Given the net weights marked on the four boxes the BD3X with the included set of J-hooks and safety straps comes in at 290 pounds. I am defiantly rooting for Giant Lifting to continue to expand their offerings and locations and will keep them high on my list when looking for new equipment. read more

Awesome customer service. I didn't see an option on their website saying whether or not they have a shop to browse in person. I messaged them on Facebook and instantly got a response. I set up a time to meet and was greeted. Forrest helped me out and even helped load my truck. Their equipment is made of outstanding quality and is comparable to big company name brands. I will definitely be purchasing from them again as I build my home gym. read more

The staff were friendly and attentive....and also VERY safe.
