My goodness....if you step into this place and are not completely in awe at the sheer number of delicious and beautiful pastries in this wonderul French bakery......I don't know what to say....check your pulse, perhaps???? We simply wanted delicous coffee and pastries to go and we were definitely not disappointed. I ordered a Cortado and my husband ordered the Americano. We also chose the blackberry puff pastries and the Pan au Chocolat. Everything was perfect. The service was quick and friendly and the interiors are very chic and cozy. I would love love to try the lovely sandwiches and quiches......Wow!

Sandwich that had prosciutto and brie. Great bread.

Great bakery! We had lunch here, but next time, I think I would just buy from the counter and take it with me.

I don't recall which sandwich this was.

Decent food. Very caring staff. We have been maybe 4 times in 3 months. Nicely clean bathrooms.

Bakery/café with options for days. I was both excited and overwhelmed. My daughter and I loved the ham and cheese omelet. It was buttery with just the right amount of cheese, and for a dollar more you can get it made with egg whites. We also shared an apricot/berry clafoutis, a puff pastry with crème, and a salmon sandwich. I could have skipped the puff pastry and salmon sandwich. They weren't bad, they just weren't as good as the omelet and clafoutis. There was ample seating, and you can tell this is a place the local retirees love. It stayed busy even around 1:00 pm. Definitely a place I want to visit again before I leave.

Our server was fantastic and efficient despite it being really packed. My guy and I decided to split the Croque Madame. I appreciated the server/chef splitting the sammich onto 2 plates for us, but it made it hard to split only one egg between the two plates. Thankfully, the egg was perfectly cooked! Unfortunately, the sammich itself was bland and boring. We were glad we split it because neither of us would've wanted a full sammich. We took a look at the fresh baked pastries and they did look really good, but we decided to pass since we weren't impressed by the sammich. Overall, 2.5 stars.

Came up in my research for my trip and I'm so glad we were able to make it. We stopped here for breakfast on our last day before we headed back home. The atmosphere was definitely bustling, even for a Wednesday morning. We passed the pastry case on the way to the table and I was very tempted to get something on the way out, but didn't. Prices were very reasonable for the quality, which makes it a place I think we would frequent if we lived here. I ordered the coconut french toast along with a large orange juice and both were excellent! The OJ was fresh squeezed and so good, a perfect start to the morning. The french toast was phenomenal. Moist, lightly caramelized in spots, and topped with seasonal fruit and a generous sprinkle of coconut flakes. I devoured it and loved every bite. I love french toast but I'm usually hesitant to order it because it can turn out too dry or too thick, but this was exactly right. Our server was quick and efficient, and we didn't wait long for our food despite how busy it was. The only drawback for me was the design of the two person tables. The legs were so close together that it was tricky to sit comfortably without bumping into them. Not a dealbreaker, but something I noticed that made it sort of uncomfortable if you're in a slightly bigger body or like to sit closer to the table. Otherwise, the space was very cute. You know it's French style because it's the only place we had been to in town that didn't have a ristra hanging somewhere lol I thought this place was excellent and would love to come back someday!

Pastries to go. And you shd go early for the best selection!

What's not to luv about Clafoutis? Perhaps how busy and crowded it's gotten over the years Food is always delicious I brought friends who've never bn before - and luvd. Both hv bn to France and had a reference

This is hands down one of the best breakfasts in the city. The customer service was excellent, and the space is nice and cozy inside. The bakery itself is amazing, and the lattes are absolute perfection. I ordered the pistachio latte, and it was so creamy, topped with whipped cream and chopped pistachios, which really took the flavor to the next level. Our server was great and recommended the Quiche Maison with artichokes, prosciutto, tomatoes, feta, and spinach. Chef's kiss. It came with a side salad and a delicious dressing that tied everything together. The crispy hash browns were also amazing. I will definitely be back and highly recommend giving this place a try. It does get extremely busy in the morning. We waited about 35 minutes, and they do not take reservations. I did notice the crowd died down around 11:45 a.m. to noon. I am giving this place five stars because everything was perfection.

Excellent food. The croissant was one of the best I've ever had. Really enjoyed my lavender latte and my partner had the pistachio latte which was to die for. We also had quiche and a crepe. The quiche was quite salty but still tasted good. It's a beautiful restaurant with lots of tables of various sizes. It was wildly busy when we arrived and waited 35 minutes. Staff was wonderful.

Stick with the pastries. Excellent cream puffs. Breakfast is good. Lunch...not so much. The sandwiches are dry and the contents skimpy.

One of my favorite places to eat in Santa Fe. It's a bit tough to get a table during peak hrs but it's worth the wait.

Yes, they have some sidewalk seating.

I'm looking for a good cheese Danish. Could I get one here?

Patrons form a line to order, and signs on tables ask guests to order before settling into a table. Before we could give up and walk out, the owner/manager approached us at the Mille entrance with complete kindness, and he invited us to enter with the stroller to find seating before ordering. We were so surprised by his desire to accommodate the baby, and we accepted his generous offer, quickly finding a little corner table in the covered patio area at the back of the restaurant. Once the stroller was out of the way, I placed our orders, and we received our drinks quickly - a black hibiscus iced tea plus a creamy London Fog. Brunch followed shortly - croque Madame for me, veggie quiche for my friend, and a Nutella crepe to share. My taste of the quiche was super creamy, and the croque madame was as rich as expected. Crepe was lovely, though I wish they hadn't run out of eclairs, which are my favorite. We'll have to show up earlier next time - and there will be a next time! Thank you for the hospitality, Mille. The way you welcomed us, stroller and all, made all of the difference.

I was so glad I picked Sage Bakehouse because the chill, relaxing (but still really polite and cool staff) were super awesome! Having awesome freshly baked bakeries also topped my experiences there! But wait, since they all were so good..I will probably want to check out their other goodies just to compare which ones tasted best after all! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We came in here on our last day visiting Santa Fe in the summer and I'm so glad we did, as it was on my list of things to try after perusing Yelp for notables. I had a scrumptious white bean-roasted red pepper-melted cheese tartine on delicious, fresh house-made bread topped with a balsamic glaze. I think it was one of the better dishes I had while in town. It was served with an array of olives on the plate. So good! They were out of the egg salad sandwich by the time we arrived, which was something a family member wanted to try, but they ordered an avocado toast instead. Also great and served with olives. The service was fast and thoughtful. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. We found a great shaded spot outside for the five of us with a view facing the bustling bakery inside. Many people brought their bikes or dogs (allowed outside only) and met up with friends to eat and chat. At one point a server brought out an order of bread that we did not order, but he left it with us anyway, free of charge. So glad we got to try Sage Bakehouse and I'd definitely visit several more times when in the area!
