So the ube latte was good. But $11.36 for it , is just plain ridiculous. So 4 stars for taste but not worth the price. Won't be back. Service very friendly.

A cute little coffee shop with rooftop seating. Match is served with coffee and hot cocoa for the kids. Staff was nice and help.

I was dying for a midafternoon pick-me-up I walked around the plaza and majority of downtown looking for an open coffee shop and came across this gem! It's upstairs with a balcony (pretty views) I found them 8 mins before closing and they were so nice! Took my order and made me comfortable!! If you're in the area pop in and check them out!! I'll for sure be back! Big thanks to the ladies who were working!! Cheers *

Wake me up. 2 shots of espresso, vanilla, milk, and coal foam

IMPRESSED. I'm here right now. Hip. Easy WiFi. Good lighting. Outside deck if you want sun and fresh air. Friendly staff. FAST. And best of all.... Phenomenal coffee. I'm a coffee snob so I'm shocked this cold form espresso drink is just knocking my socks off. Bravo.

Large indoor seating.

Wonderful coffee shop close by the Santa Fe Plaza. Lots of clean, bright indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is very helpful and cheerful to help make the drinks done well.

Gwen is guarding the delicious drinks!

The shop is so cute and super spacious. The matcha latte is supreme. You can taste the high quality matcha. It's in the central area of Santa Fe

Good authentic coffee and coffee roaster. My family members had blueberry pomegranate iced tea and dirty chai, also happy!

Americano and cinnamon scone

This is a nice coffee shop with good baked goods. The cinnamon scone was delicious even if it the texture was more light and flakey than a typical scone but that's probably what more people like. There's plenty of seats including a patio with a nice view.

GPS took us to Baskin Robbin's but go inside the mall and toward the elevator, you will find this cute indoor/outdoor coffee shop that provides free WiFi and a clean restroom. I needed the WiFi to download a ticket but ordered up a deliciously brewed latte to sip on while the download happened. I didn't have any food but the nipples looked great. Lovely staff and super clean.

Great service. Indoor and outdoor seating. It is an upstairs location but not hard to find once you realize that.

The new management team has settled in nicely! This place is tucked away in an indoor mall and easy to find. Their mochas are always good!

We tried a couple of different coffeeshops around Santa Fe, and this one was our favorite by far. I got the Murmuration of Starlings and it tasted just like the name! It was sweet without being too sweet and the rosemary, thyme and cardamom gave it a unique twist. This place is on the smaller side and there's not a whole lot of seating, although they do have a few outdoor spots. Our coffee orders also took a little bit to get, but we enjoyed that time reading their newspaper and coloring in their coloring book! Would definitely return here if I am in the area.

I also care about the vibe of a place, so the breakdown is 5-star coffee drinks, but ho-hum 3-star service, hence the 4-star review instead of the 5 I would've loved to have reported here. The place is a few blocks from where we stayed and was easy to walk to and find, knowing I'd be looking for a sign with a few animals on it and it may not be obvious to some that this business is a coffee shop. I ordered the Crash of Rhinos, which fits their clever theme. The drink was just sweet enough and unique and flavorful. However, when we walked in, there was no barista or anyone at the front to greet us; we didn't mind waiting a minute or two for someone to show up since it was clearly open and there were a couple customers inside (and duh, we were on vacation and not in a hurry). When the nose-ringed hipster-looking girl came around the corner I was disappointed that we were not greeted with a smile or a good morning, or "sorry to keep you waiting" kind of phrase. She took our order, made our drinks, and did not say thank you (I did, and tipped her $2. Why, I'm not sure). That was that. Hubs ordered the spicy mocha drink and it was a bit much; he decided it would be better iced or he'd try a different selection next time. Yes, there was a next time. Different barista, same kind of treatment. Still tipped just because I was a barista for many years and know this really helps supplement a worker's salary and encourage good communication with customers. This time I ordered the Murmuration of Starlings latte, which has rosemary, thyme, and cardamom notes. It was delicious but similar to the Crash of Rhinos drink. The third time we visited we entered through the Chocolate and Cashmere shop next door. I found it funny that the nose ring barista girl happened to be in that shop talking to the girl who worked there, but when we walked in, she quickly exited back to the coffee shop to sit with the other barista at a table in the coffee shop. The chocolate shop girl was so sweet and we even visited their location in the Plaza a day later and she was just as nice, even though that day we did not make a purchase. Overall I do recommend Crash Murder Business for their coffee drinks, but don't expect friendly service. (If you're looking for that, go to Iconik up the street!) Just because you work at a coffee shop and you have a cool haircut does not make you above others. Especially when small businesses work to please their customers and should encourage their return. Kind of a shame...but I would still go back for the coffee if I were ever in town again.
