Change is good! Had to get away for the weekend, so Santa Fe is the hotspot of choice. We came for the vegan burrito on a Yelp review, and they have no vegan options. They had a good vegetarian breakfast burrito, with eggs and cheese, but no salsa or hot sauce. This is a place that celebrates diversity and inclusion and is groovy. Not your mega superstore coffee place, so always #ShopLocal and support your community. We really enjoyed the green chili croissant. 4 stars

Really disappointing. I walked to the store to reduce my carbon footprint only to find Joe only servicing those in polluting fossil fuel filled vehicles. So I walked all the way home, got my car, returned, and the coffee was awful and EXPENSIVE!! Shameful!

I've been coming to this coffee shop since college. The espresso is robust and smooth, not as acidic as other coffee beans. My go-to is an americano, these are my favorite americanos in Santa Fe. This coffee shop offers legit breakfast burritos, pastries and bagels. Come here to study or just hang out. The ambiance is mellow relaxed environment, huge windows in the front provide an excellent natural lighting from those beautiful, blue Santa Fe skies.

Java joes is always busy with a line filling the parking lot. It's very convenient that they have a worker running to cars to take the order so it could be ready by the time we get to the window. Of course the drinks ALWAYS taste amazing being that I got a sugar free drink I was very happy with it! I would've given 5 stars but the workers were not too friendly

The best espresso drinks in Santa Fe, hands down. Friendly baristas who lean your drink and your name is also unique in Santa Fe.

I also got the vegan chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies which were pretty tasty and flavorful. The staff were friendly enough, it wasn't a very long interaction. Just a quick in and out. I stopped by Revolution Bakery about an hour before closing and unfortunately they were all out of bread - but that's to be expected around closing time. I ended up getting a breakfast bar that contained egg and green chile and a personal-sized cherry chocolate bread pudding. There weren't prices posted which I hate. Please put prices on the case. Those two items together were $14.58!!! Unfortunately I wasn't offered a receipt so I'm not exactly sure the breakdown of the price of each item. Seating was only available outside of the bakery as it is a very small operation, which is fine. As someone from out of town, I didn't have a kitchen or anything, plus I wanted to eat the breakfast bar immediately. I wasn't asked if I wanted the food warmed up and just assumed they would be room temperature, which is fine. Unfortunately the breakfast bar was ice cold. I definitely didn't enjoy eating ice cold hard boiled egg in the breakfast bar. It was so disappointing that at this price point, there just wasn't care from the staff to even warn me that the breakfast bar needed to basically thaw before being eaten. Prices need to be displayed and receipts offered by staff automatically, prices are one-off treat level, not affordable enough to be a weekly option for a celiac and lastly, food should be offered to be warmed up if they're going into the case frozen or refrigerated. For years, their samosas were some of the best: perfectly seasoned potato filling in a lightly friend pocket alongside some date chutney sauce. On their updated menu, samosas were listed as 25%, so I went for 2 thinking the portions were as they had been for the last 15 years. Sadly, this was not so. They were more like tiny hot pockets, baked pizza dough, with a rather bland, flavorless filling. Alongside a #3 cup of veggie of the day and $16 later, I realized my journey with Annapurna had come to an end, and I would not be returning. Also, I noticed the oat milk being added to the $7 oat chai was Kirkland brand, which consists of: (filtered water, organic rolled oat flour), organic sunflower oil, calcium carbonate, organic natural flavors, sunflower lecithin, sea salt, vitamin A palmitate, ergocalciferol (vitamin D2), riboflavin (vitamin B2), and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) . Some listings also describe it as fortified and organic, with no added sugar noted in one review source. I'm not an Ayurvedic doctor, but these ingredients and the quality of the food have declined considerably over the last years, which is sad. Such are the times...

I told them I'd heard about it and they searched. happily found it, and purchased a very fab chocolate cake. One of my girls loves to decorate so they bought just plain and decorated it. They also purchased cookies and sweets for the occasion, all awesome. I recently was on the East side of ABQ, looked up the address and found it was close to I40, so decided to try it myself. Very unassuming building, with little identification but so happy I stopped. Inside was clean, well lit, and lots of choices for sweets, and not so sweet pizzas, pie crusts, ready to bake options and of course, cakes, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls. Helpful staff but not pushy, although I'm not sure if they were reluctant to offer help to avoid being pushy, but as a first time customer, I would have enjoyed being greeted and acknowledged a bit friendlier. Maybe just like " welcome, is this your first time here/" because it is a bit overwhelming in what is offered. There is a nice area to sit and enjoy your food in the back, although it was a bit dark, and not well marked, but very clean and cozy. I have been back a couple of more times and now that I know it is close to my major West to East driving path I will definitely add to my regular stops on that side of town. I was definitely impressed with the overall experience each time.

We each ordered a personal pizza, hers was the dairy-free pesto, and mine was topped with pepperoni and bacon. We also got a mushroom and mozzarella quiche . The pizza crust was really good, honestly one of the better gluten-free crusts I've had. The quiche was good as well. One of the things I appreciated most was being able to eat without worrying about cross-contamination since the entire facility is gluten-free. That peace of mind is hard to find in New Mexico. Before leaving, we grabbed a cinnamon roll and a pecan sticky bun to go. They both looked really good! We heated them up when we got gone and both were great. Overall, it was a great experience.
