    Breakfast sandwich

Visiting the area and needed a breakfast delivery. Baked & Brew did not disappoint! The food is both fresh and high quality. I ordered the breakfast sandwich because other reviews said this was a number one choice. It was delicious! When ordering I had many options in constructing this sandwich. I chose scrambled eggs, country sausage on a biscuit. I don't think you can go wrong with any selection. I ordered a lightly sweet latte that was lightly sweet! So many places over sweeten their drinks. In addition, I ordered a veggie frittata for latter it too looks like it will not fail me. What a Sante Fe gem!

I'm getting one of these. Haven't decided.

We needed coffee, and we got it here with great service! This is a comfy cozy place with lots of choices for food and drink - not just coffee. Hence the BAKED and brew. We were in Santa Fe for niece's tennis game, but I hope to come back here even when she's not playing!!

Darn good sandwich! They're generous with the protein too! Well worth the cost. The chocolate raspberry pistachio tart was a real treat too. It's expensive, but it had raspberry jam and pistachio cream under the chocolate ganache. A small, but very indulgent treat. I thought ordering would be a bit of a mess because of the BYO Sandwich thing, but that lady was LOCKED IN and didn't miss a beat. I was impressed.

The food was kind of plain but fresh. The service wasn't too bad. Felt very modern but very pricey! My chai latte was not sweet and they didn't give me any jam for my toast or sauce for my potato's, but they had plenty of flavor. It was very urban and modern gas stationesk!

Great food, good service, and nice calm vibe. Got a avocado toast, build your breakfast sandwich, and strawberry matcha + dirty chia. 10/10

Delightful small cafe, beautifully crafted pastries and great coffee. Friendly service but a small indoor seating area. Not designed for large groups.

A cute new coffee shop in Santa Fe. Their pastries are all made in house and look delicious. I got a dirty chai which was made with their house made chai. It was okay, not as sweet as I'm used to and more espresso forward than spice forward. It was $6.50 for the 10oz which seems too expensive in my opinion. Lots of places don't write their prices on the menu (at least on the hanging one). I never like this because I don't know what I'm getting into when ordering h. Wifi password is baguette all lowercase. However the wifi would not load for me... so I had to use my hotspot. Not a big spot so not a lot of room to work. Better for a hang out than working here.

A cruffin is a croissant & muffin. This one had a bacon topping & a surprising amount of delicious whipped cream inside. Yes I ate it all!!

Second visit to Baked & Brew. There's so many delicious items to choose. My fav drink is Horchata Latte. The staff is always ready to help with fast service. Cute inside of an old gas station.

We were only in town for one day, and we're so glad we chose to come to Baked and Brew. The coffee was great, and the breakfast sandwiches were fantastic. They have lots of options on their breakfast and lunch menus, as well as an array of baked goods, both savory and sweet. If we're ever back in Santa Fe, we'll be back!

We've been excited to try this new local spot. So glad we did! It's cute, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We chose the pick two combo, so that we could sample four at once. The soup of the day was a delicious loaded potato. So yummy and seasoned perfectly. The tuna salad sandwich was equally delectable and served on toasted sour dough bread. My daughter had the chicken salad sandwich with the pasta salad. She raved over both. Additionally we purchased a garden salad and two blackberry lemonades and were pleased with both. Next, we plan to drop by and try the coffee and pastries.

get the breakfast sandwich on croissant!

We stopped in Baked & Brew just about every morning while visiting Santa Fe. The shop is cute and they make the pastries in house. The coffee is solid and the pastries are chefs kiss, especially the croissant - one of the best I've had in awhile! I especially loved the breakfast sandwich on their croissant. They also offer gluten free bread and gluten free baked goods. You can order online too, which is convenient.

But I was wrong! I emailed to ask and Marcel told me not to worry. The galette Bretonne is made from buckwheat and several of the lunch entrees are also gluten-free. Huzzah! We split the galette Bretonne - a buckwheat crepe filled with ham and cheese and topped with a sunny side up egg. Savory and delicious! Next, we split the cassoulet - a duck confit leg quarter, Toulouse sausage, pork belly, and carrots nestled into a bed of white beans and herbs with a side of sourdough and French butter. Oh my word, it was fabulous! And I didn't have to share the sourdough, mwaaaahahahaha!

The place is popular, especially given very high quality of pastry products and the line is often a bit long (given so many locals/tourists stop by this place)...and simply..the place is one of the best pastry shops in Santa Fe. Parking is a little limited in their own parking lot and the shop is sort of crowded, but you can always park on a street outside (albeit some small parking fees). Overall, I really enjoyed the pastries here...although I think the drink (I got matcha latte...true, true, matcha latte isn't much of a western drink..so maybe I'm wrong to judge a restaurant by this drink) wasn't so much of my highlights. I would, definitely recommend this place for pastries for sure though!

I stopped in last week and ordered a black forest cake slice to go. I was thinking that a little sugar with coffee in the morning was good. I also knew that Gayle wouldn't snack on it as she doesn't like fruit and chocolate mixed together in a dessert. The "to-go" line was a little slow, mostly due to a combination of chatter and specialty coffee drink preparation. But I wasn't much in a hurry. And once that was out of the way, the transaction proceeded smoothly, including a nice box to carry it home.

Walking the streets of Old Town Santa Fe, you wouldn't think this is possible. But sit down in front of the large fire place, order the quiche or sandwich of your choice. We loved the flaking of the quiche pastry and savoriness of the fillings. We also had Croque Madam and baguette sandwich with the onion soup. We enjoyed the personal touch of our server who made us feel like regulars coming to visit a long-time friend at work. We couldn't leave until we had a box full of pastries to try later and it was all we could do to not consume them all in one sitting. Thanks for the comforting afternoon.

The café has a cool, modern vibe with plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. They were very busy on a Saturday morning. The counter staff was very matter-of-fact. Not rude, but not especially warm or welcoming either. Honestly, I got the impression she was just under a lot of stress. We also asked another staff member if we could use one of the patio umbrellas (they were all closed for some reason), and he was prompt and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, a meat-filled empanada, a honey latte, and a cold brew. The cold brew was a little too dark for my taste, though coffee preferences are definitely subjective. Interestingly, there's a place in Albuquerque that has an almost identical flavor profile. The toasted everything bagel was very good, but it didn't come with quite enough cream cheese. The single cream cheese packet also felt a bit lackluster presentation-wise. That said, when we asked for more, the response was friendly and accommodating. The honey latte had beautiful latte art and great flavor, definitely a highlight. The empanada, filled with ground beef, green chile, and piñon, was a bit over-toasted, but the filling itself was flavorful, even if somewhat sparse. Overall, I think 35 North has a lot going for it and could easily elevate the experience with a few small improvements to consistency and customer service.
