Nice little bakery with a good variety of breads and pastries. We got the boule, a piece of olive and preserved lemon focaccia, and some almond chocolate chip cookies. Reviews were mixed on the focaccia, I liked it but had wished the lemon was a little more pronounced. Everyone liked the boule, and some in the group thought it was the best bread in town. This place is super cool! I come here to wfh sometimes. The bread is very good, sandwiches are also good for lunch, the outdoor seating is plentiful, & the workers are very kind. I just love this place. They make my favorite bread in Santa Fe. They also have the sweetest coffee counter that acts as a seperate business in the corner. This is an odd thing to love, but I really love that the same folks always seem to be working. This makes for a more welcoming feeling, a rarity in Santa Fe. They must be a nice place to work or they wouldn't be able to pull that off. Also? They don't have a huge menu, but they do offer daily sandwich specials where they serve what can only be described as a PERFECT sandwich.
