They do have a large selection of colors. First technician assigned to me was great. She was really good at the leg massage and scrub. However, then I was assigned someone else to finish my services. (Apparently she had an appointment). My nail painting for pedicure felt a little rough. Next, for my no chip manicure they didn't soak off previous polish that long. It was a little painful to remove. My nail polish started chipping on day 6. I would return for a pedicure. However, manicure was a little rough for me.

Current name as of 11/2024 c'est bon nails. I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in the door. I checked in at the tablet and picked out my nail colors. They had a very good selection of colors. They have the pedicure and manicure chair numbers and it looked like they had 20 of each. They also have a private area for groups. My services went well and I felt technician was friendly. I also noticed how happy all of the staff appeared. My former salon, staff appeared sad or frustrated. Staff were also observed cleaning work stationed. No chip mani + pedicure was $80 plus tip. I will definitely be returning.

The man taking off my gel, finger just ripping it off, which shortened my nails and then the sanding for the leftover polish burned. I asked him to be more gentle. Also, because of the pillow in my lap, I couldn't see the color and when they asked if it was OK and I said I couldn't see it, he just proceeded. And guess what, it was the wrong color. Upon checkout, no one asked how the services were, which is why I am writing this review. That was my last visit. I miss Sunny. Where did Sunny go?

When I arrived, I was greeted and instantly seen after my colors were picked. Throughout the appointment I noticed a few people tried to come in as walk-ins but they were unable to accommodate them due to every employee having a client and trying to make sure all appointments were seen on time. So maybe call ahead and see if there's availability if you are thinking about walking in because summer months can be so busy at random times. (As someone who makes appointments and also sometimes is a walk in, I appreciate that they didn't try to overbook so it wouldn't overlap with appointments. The overall salon is pretty and relaxing. The music isn't loud and they have tvs playing on mute so you can watch something too. The overall vibe was very good. I wish I got the name of the employee who did my nails because she did such an amazing job. She had amazing attention to detail and was so meticulous. She also made sure I liked my nails throughout the steps like shape and color. I'm extremely happy with how my nails turned out and hope I can return in the future because these are genuinely my favorite nails I've ever had done. The prices are very reasonable and all the other employees seemed very nice as well. I truly had a great experience and would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I wasted my time, money, dignity, and sanity so you don't have to…read more I booked a same-day appointment for a pedicure via ClassPass. The manager greeted me and set me up with a technician before leaving for the day. In the middle of soaking my feet the technician realized I was a ClassPass customer and immediately turned the faucet off. She stubbornly refused to continue the pedicure saying I didn't have an appointment (even though I received an email confirmation), that I would need to pay outside of ClassPass, and that she does not work with ClassPass customers. At one point she gave me a "talk to the hand" sign (who does that?!) while pacing back and forth muttering in her native language. After a frustrating phone call with the manager that left me in tears, we all agreed it's best I leave. The technician seemed to feel bad after seeing my tears and applied some polish on my toes, but the experience was extremely unpleasant to say the least. To businesses - If you're going to treat CP customers like second class citizens, please just don't partner with CP in the first place. The manager apologized and offered a free manicure next time I'm in town, which I will not be taking her up on. If this is how they treat CP clients, I cannot imagine the treatment I'd get trying to claim an on-the-house manicure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They kept trying to get me to get additional add on as well. They had one tech do my feet and at the same time another did my hands. I will say that was convenient, but felt a little cramped. No chip lasted about a week before first chip and then a few days longer for the rest. They have plenty of signs stating they accept credit cards and list Amex, discover, visa, and Mastercard. However, when I went to pay with Amex I was told they do not accept. I did have a visa on me so was able to pay with that. They do charge a 3% service charge for cards and prefer tips in cash. I did have cash for tip. On my second visit, I just had a no chip manicure. Service was friendly. They do have books with organized colors, but other guests had them so I just looked at the bottle colors themselves. I did bring cash to save the surcharge. They have plenty of color choices for regular, no chip, and dip colors.

Customer service: 4/5 Both of my visits I was able to get in without an appointment. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My second pedicure felt rushed. It only lasted about 20 minutes. I did not feel like they tried to upsell me. Choice of polish: 5/5. They had plenty of regular and gel colors. They also offer dipped powder. Quality/Value: 3/5. On my first visit, I obtained a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was very happy with the time the staff spent on my nails for the first visit. However, I think she could have done more scrubbing on bottom of foot. My no chip manicure lasted 13 days until first chip. This, I was very happy about. However, my first pedicure started chipping after 5 days. This one, did not chip badly. As I had a 2nd trip planned, I went back for just a pedicure. I went with the hot stone pedicure and I just felt like it was not worth the upcharge. Now, this is where I was a little upset/annoyed. This pedicure chipped after 2 days!! And not just flecks. Most of the polish chipped on each nail. Parking: 4/5: Their lot is shared with other businesses in a tight strip mall. Another positive: Able to tip on card and they don't have signs that prefer tip in cash. I would still recommend this business.
