Fill in - Natural Nail color by Mrs. Ly. The store is very clean and beautiful. The staffs are also friendly and take good care of me. When I first called, the owner Mrs. Truc is super helpful and she helps me locate the store right away. I found this hidden gem about 5 months ago. I always love my nails. This is a dip, Jenny is the best.

Jenny does my nails my dip typically last me three weeks other places have only lasted me about 10 to 14 days. Her hand massage at the end is the best. Probably also one of the cheapest places in town to get dip.

I have gone to CK nails for years and the service is always wonderful. Jenny is my usual nail tech and she is always kind and professional. I love getting my nails done by her. My last visit Jenny did my pedicure, and Lee did my nails. I think Lee did a wonderful job. She asked a lot of questions to be clear of the design I wanted and helped a lot when choosing the right colors. I can't recommend this business enough. They are the best

Today I went in to get a new set. I took in a photo for inspiration and Lee was able to recreate it. She was very detailed and checked in throughout the process. One of the nails wasn't the shape I was hoping for and she adjusted the shape perfectly. I left happy! In total it was $85 before tip for a new set and the design. Parking was a bit challenging but they were able to help me find a spot.

I came here yesterday with my mom, my sister and myself because my mom is getting married this coming weekend, and I wanted to splurge on her and make her feel pampered. DO NOT GO HERE. I booked an appt 2 weeks ahead for 11 am for 3 pedicures and 3 gel manicures (one acrylic). We proceeded to show the lady doing my mom's nails a picture of exactly what she wanted which was just Creme/Vanilla colored chrome nails. After shaping her acrylics, she proceeded to pull out a BRIGHT GREEN glitter gel color and was about to apply it if my mom had not noticed and say something. Next she applied a bright straight White and asked if that was good. My mom asked if they had anything off white and this is when they started to get frustrated. She pulled out a very sheer white color and started applying and said it will turn out how the picture with multiple coats. I tried to show her several colors on the nail display colors that would work but she refused to acknowledge me and just brushed me off saying the chrome wouldn't show up. I've gotten solid colors with chrome before so I know that is Bull, and I told her this but DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Another lady walks up as the first lady is finishing up and proceeds to ask how my mom likes it. My mom looks like she's on the brink of tears and says she doesn't like it and tried to explain/ask if the other lady could do her nails because this one was NOT listening. The lady standing up then raises her voice at my mom saying she has an appointment and she can't, and that our pictures are no good here and they can't do them based off of a picture. You mean to tell me that you're a nail salon and no one has came in with a picture of what they wanted?? Are you insane??? The first lady then goes on and points at ME saying that I was the one that approved the sheer color on her nails. As if I had a choice in the matter and as if they were MY nails. I corrected them and so did my mom, but to no avail, we were the ones being yelled at. FINALLY, the lady says that she didn't have the color that my mom wanted so it was her fault. MAAM IF YOU DID NOT HAVE THE COLOR TO BEGIN WITH, YOU SAY SOMETHING? I was charged almost 300 dollars for crap service and a crap experience. They knew she was getting married and this was important to her. Let's not forget about the lady that rushed through my sister's nails because a walk in (lady without an appt) came in and she took priority over her. Appointments mean nothing here so don't bother. First pic is what she received and second is what she wanted

I have been coming here for a while. They always provide quality work with good prices. Very friendly neighborhood feel and convenient hours. I will keep coming back to this salon as long as they are open :)

Disclaimer: they really are nice and hardworking people, but the service I got today was disappointing. I feel that in the service industry, your attention will be pulled in many directions, but you still should focus on the task at hand. In this case, my hands! When I asked her to clean up the paint on my fingers she got really defensive. Finding a quality paint job is hard to find, and I suppose a good job can be subjective, but it was an overall bad experience for me and definitely not the kind of service I expected. read more

Conflicted about writing this review, but I think others would want to know about my experience so here we are. I'll start by saying I was a regular customer at CK Nails for the last couple of months, and was always happy with my acrylics, gel manicures, and especially the pedicures. I really have no complaint about the quality of their services. My issue is with the customer service. The last time I came in for a pedicure and fill, the lady who normally does my nails was busy so another lady (the manager) started my fill instead, and while removing the gel polish, she seriously cut my finger with the drill (see pictures). I, not unreasonably in my opinion, was pretty upset by this, as it was very painful and bled a lot. She did not apologize or try to remedy the situation. I was jumpy as she continued, and she asked me if I was scared - I said "yes," and she told me to go somewhere else. I said ok and agreed to leave, but I was very put off by how quickly this person was willing to drop me as a customer after a few months of regular visits without issues. She made it very clear that they neither want or need my business, so I will be going elsewhere. Really disappointing. Just know that they will be very nice until there is a problem, and then out the door you and your money go! read more

Welcoming! Took my mother here and they were eager to greet us. Called my mom "mom" which I thought was so cute and gave a personal feeling. We got pedicures and my mom got a manicure. They were clean and efficient and very friendly. Gave us 2 bottles of water each. They are very considerate. I don't live in the area but will travel a little out of the way to get my nails done here. read more

Everyone was super nice. They were great about wearing masks and checking temperatures when we got there and offering hand sanitizer. Color choices for the nails were great and my deluxe pedicure was fabulous and very relaxing. They were talkative with us and their decorations and music playing was very fun. They even had little holidays presents for us no extra charge when we left - too kind and am looking forward to going back in the future. read more

I don't like the way they treated me! I called them in the morning and I made an appointment to remove my gel nails and I asked about the price she said $15 then after I'm done they charged me $25. When I got there, the store was busy and she treated me very bad, my fingers were in pain and she was like it's normal( she was trying to do 3 people nails at the same time), I told her no please no rush I'm in pain then someone else came and did it for me and she was super nice! I'm leaving my feedback to let you know how they are! read more

Found this little nail salon on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised at how cute, clean and professional it was. Upon opening the door to go inside I was greeted with a warm "Hello!" By the 2 women who I assumed worked there. I was a walk in and was seated immediately when I requested a gel manicure. I typically don't enjoy nails salons that have televisions blaring and although this salon had a TV mounted and on, the volume was low and the TV was mounted on a far wall so I didn't need to pay attention nor did it distract. Jenny did my nails and was friendly and professional, she took special care to trim my cuticles without pain and was happy to chat about herself and to explain the difference between shellac and gel (apparently the only difference is the brand name!). After she meticulously applied 3 coats of gel and our gel light process was complete, she treated me to a nice firm ha d and finger massage, after which she toweled off with a nice warm towel. All this for only $30! I was happy to tip 20% and I will be back again. This is a little gem in Renton town. read more

I wanted to give a rating of no stars, but I couldn't submit this review without it. My rating is no stars. Don't bother going in. They charged my credit card $195 for the services with the gratuity included in the total. But they were arguing for an additional $60 tip in cash. The customer makes the decision on how much tip to add, not the seller, but they were demanding another large tip. They're super nice upfront for the services, but at the point of payment, they're very shady. There are other nail salons out there to avoid this. read more

Very friendly staff, clean. Nice pedicure at a good price. Massage chair comfortable. They keep the door open so fresh air circulated which is nice with Covid, etc. The only reason I didn't give five stars is I find it annoying and strange they tack on $5 to the pedicure if you want callous removal. Isn't that a key part of any pedicure? I hate sneaky charges. However I will go back because of the other positive things. read more

Walked in for a pedicure and was immediately helped by Jenny. She was very nice and gave me a very deluxe pedicure with scrub, masque and hot stones before giving a long, gentle leg/foot massage. She also did a beautiful design on my toes. The salon was very clean and organized and both ladies in the salon were friendly. Very rude. Would not listen to what I wanted done, dead skin taken off and shape. Told me over and over "I do it". When he went to put the polish on I had dead skin hanging off my cuticles still and shape was not what I asked for so I stopped him from continuing. They drilled the top of our nails, and the bowl I soaked my fingers in didn't have soap, but did have a piece of dead skin floating in it that I'm not sure was mine. read more

I went to CK Nails yesterday to see Mia and Lee. My experience was AMAZING! It was very clean and they complied with Covid rules and regulations. I saw Mia for my dip manicure and Lee for my pedicure. Love seeing Mia, her dip application isn't too thick, it lasts forever as in over 6 weeks and I get so many complements every time I get pedicure from her. As for Lee she's super friendly and preformed the best pedicure I've every had. I highly recommend CK Nails. read more

I have been looking for a nice nail salon in Renton for the last year. Made an appointment for a shellac fill and a shellac pedicure. How nice to walk into an salon where I was met with a smile and a greeting!! Mia was amazing. Such a perfectionist. The massage chair worked beautifully . The salon was clean and comfortable. I was offered green tea and a menu if the services they offered. I will be going back for sure. read more

They do, YES!! they got me in same day quickly. I arrived 30 minutes early they had me pick my color and accommodated me immediately. I worked with Kim in the beginning and then Anna continued my service. Both women were very nice. I will be back for all my builder gel needs, etc. Anna taught me builder and hard gel are the same thing. Essentially hard gel is the brand name. She also gave me a cute little trinket two gold pins with pearls on them and a rewards card. So nice!! Awesome vibe. It was my first time there and I enjoyed my experience. 10/10.

Lynn was the one who took care of me & everyone seemed really sweet and welcoming. Most places I've been to in the area offers a menu with additional services. At Phillys, they have the general pedicure service with various exfoliating scrubs, paraffin wax, & a massage. I really prefer gelx nails and not all places have it yet they do, which is definitely an incentive for me to come back in again :)

This was my first time going to this nail salon and I am so happy that I tried it out. The nail technician did such an amazing job and took her time to make sure that my nails are perfect. I am used to going to high end salons, but I had to come here last minute due to a mixup in my other appointment. She did everything that I wanted and at the end I told her these were for my birthday. And she even gave me a little face cleanser as a gift to take home! So sweet! read more
