The back glass I was assured was legit Apple product and when I went to get the front screen replaced at a different shop they applied a little bit of pressure and it shattered so that shot ended up replacing it for free and told me that the parts used on the previous repair were low quality. The original repairs cost me 320. shop around people there are better options as far as price and quality. I ended up getting everything fixed at that Little kiosk on Hamner in Norco that's shaped like a cell phone. Edit: I never stated that I dropped my phone. I only say I take responsibility because there was pressure on the screen from the battery and when I got to the Apple Store I pulled it out of my pocket and it was cracked. The parts used were low quality the amount of pressure they applied should not have broken the back glass. Like how you tried to spin it

I can't say enough good things about Joseph at All Electronics in Upland. I'm a professional…read morephotographer and business owner, and my cameras are literally part of my livelihood. I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. He was professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely seemed to understand how important my equipment was to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find. Joseph, thank you again for taking care of me and getting me back to work so quickly. You definitely earned my business, and I would recommend you to other photographers who need their equipment repaired.

Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it.
