I've been using Citi Turf for 6 months now and I can't be happier. Not only do they do a great job mowing my lawn they go above and beyond. On a few occasions they have cleaned up areas of weeds I've picked but hadn't gotten around to throwing away. This sounds like a small thing, but this attention to details tells me they care how the lawn looks after they leave. Every time I call they answer, again sounds like a small thing, but is huge. When I've been told they will call me back, they always do, sooner than promised. The only issue I have is that I can't get the mow day I want as they are full, I can understand why with the service they provide. Thanks Guys! Citi Turf has been doing my yard for almost a year. They do the weekly cuts, plus I have their weeding service that is beginning to take effect on my yard. I used them to install a french drain and some sod. I've been rather happy with them, but never really thought to give them a review until today! An employee of their's sort of drop the ball this past spring, but after calling and speaking with the manager he agreed to replace my sod later this fall (after water restrictions were lifted). I had it on my calendar to call and follow up, but low and behold they called me! They called me to discuss with me my options of replacing the sod. That is customer service that deserves to touted. They have always communicated with me, been on time and now they have exceeded my expectations by calling me instead of waiting for me to call them. Hands down I recommend Citi Turf. By and large, they do a nice job--have had to call a few times when they got overenthusiastic with the weed-eater on our back yard. After leaving True Green because they could not or did not care to get rid of my weeds, I am now experiencing the same with Citi Turf. When I hire them 18 months ago, they quickly killed all weeds and my lawn was green and perfect. Something has changed with this company in the last few months. I inquired via website, but I also called in and spoke with someone. The lady specifically said that someone will call me back. If it was just an answering service it was not a good one either. I was literally rushed off the phone. The email address that you said you sent to was not the correct email address. My suggestion is...if someone had called in then call them back. Or your answering service will have to be improved in the "service" department. read more

I couldn't advocate CitiTurf more. I started lawn treatments with them about three years ago when my yard was being overrun by weeds. They came out, inspected the yard, and started treatment immediately. I got onto their cycle, with them coming out additional times for spot treatments. The results were not immediate, but then again, they shouldn't be. After one year, I saw a dramatic reduction in the number of weeds and by the second year... I had the best looking lawn come spring! No regrets keeping up with them, and now they also handle my mowing and flowerbeds. Best service around! read more

A couple of years ago my neighbor was using their services and I was "maintaining" our lawn. Suffice it to say, his was consistently green and weed free and mine was brownish and had patches of weeds each spring and fall. I decided to start using CitiTurf and have been very pleased. Although more costly than do-it-yourself, it gets done on a regular basis and if you have an issue that requires another trip, they'll stop by and attend to it. Anyone can mow, edge and trim your landscaping. Where CitiTurf shines is their customer service. Anytime there is a rain delay, an email is sent keeping you posted on when they'll be back. Receipts for monthly charges are promptly emailed and I've never not received a receipt. Anytime I call (which is rare), there's always someone who answers the phone. The employees who actually do the work are top-notch too. I've never had a single complaint with any of their services. They take great care in trimming around the garden and not damaging my vegetables, and they never hit any flowers. I couldn't be happier and have recommended them to others. I have kept on their fertilizer and de-weed yard spraying program and my yard looks so healthy! You can tell which two houses on our street use Cititurf. I like that I can call them whenever I want to do a one time mowing, they don't mind at all. I also like how they email me the day before they come so I can make sure my doggie door is closed. I am one of those pain in the butt customers with a lock on my fence, I gave them the code and have never had any issues with the backyard not being done. I really like this place. It's affordable and they do a good job. My only complaint is last month they skipped a mow day due to roofers working on my house from hail damage. I would've liked to be informed that they weren't going to mow and instead I had to call when two weeks later my yard still hadn't been mowed.
