CitiTurf did a great job cutting my lawn for the past 2 years. Recently got an email from them saying that they wouldn't be providing bi-weekly lawn service for me anymore. Due to they don't have enough employees. CitiTurf is only providing service for the existing customers that are on a weekly schedule and use there other services like fertilizer/ weed control, pest control, etc. read more

Highly recommend their work for landscaping projects and lawn fertilization. Brett and team did a great job for us on a backyard project of ours. Brett was very easy to get in touch with, flexible with all the changes in direction we took along the way and finally delivered a great end result and finished off strong. Really courteous, polite and knowledgeable in his area of work, so would definitely recommend Citi for your next landscaping assignment or overall yard maintenance. read more

Citi Turf has been doing my yard for almost a year. They do the weekly cuts, plus I have their weeding service that is beginning to take effect on my yard. I used them to install a french drain and some sod. I've been rather happy with them, but never really thought to give them a review until today! An employee of their's sort of drop the ball this past spring, but after calling and speaking with the manager he agreed to replace my sod later this fall (after water restrictions were lifted). I had it on my calendar to call and follow up, but low and behold they called me! They called me to discuss with me my options of replacing the sod. That is customer service that deserves to touted. They have always communicated with me, been on time and now they have exceeded my expectations by calling me instead of waiting for me to call them. Hands down I recommend Citi Turf. Always easy to work with, friendly and customer oriented! read more

They provide great service, and their rates are very reasonable. The customer service is also very good, as they are always quick to respond. read more

These guys are great. I called at 330 to see about schedule service that week. By the time I got home at 5 they had already come and cut my grass same day service CITI TURF is awesome. Thank you Citi Turf read more

By and large, they do a nice job--have had to call a few times when they got overenthusiastic with the weed-eater on our back yard. We've been trying for some time to get them to use one particular gate when entering our back yard, but they don't seem to get it, simply forcing their way in the other. read more

These guys are awesome...super reliable and always do a superb job on my yard! I have used CitiTurf for over 4 years and use them for all my landscaping needs. I was especially impressed with the installation and follow-up I received after they re-sodded my backyard a few years ago. In a highly crowded and competitive market, I wouldn't consider using anyone else and highly recommend you give them a try if you are considering a new landscape company. -Scott K. (Plano) read more

After leaving True Green because they could not or did not care to get rid of my weeds, I am now experiencing the same with Citi Turf. When I hire them 18 months ago, they quickly killed all weeds and my lawn was green and perfect. Something has changed with this company in the last few months. My lawn if full of weeds now and they claim to have be out to do there work. I m about to just od it myself. at least I know it is getting done. read more

I continue to use their fertilization and weed control services. I am impressed with their service and professionalism. Their office folks... Ilene and others offer excellent customer service! read more

I am pleased with CitiTurf. They came in and fulfilled all our lawn care needs. Our yard was unbearable to look at. The weeds had taken over and the grass just refused to grow. After several weed and feed treatments, the grass started flourishing and the weeds begin to die. Tanner one of CitiTurf employees has been very pleasant and professional to work with along with the other team members. I recommend CitiTurf for your lawncare needs. Thanks CitiTurf ! read more

We have been homeowners in McKinney for almost 6 years and went through 2 other landscapers prior to finding CitiTurf. I consider myself a rather demanding customer and they are always gracious when I email them with the details of exactly what I want done. They also respond quickly & are very professional. On the very rare occasion anything was not exactly what I had asked for, they have made it right 150%. I rarely gush about a provider-- I am admittedly a tough customer-- but I also believe in kudos where kudos are due. They clearly care at CitiTurf, and I highly recommend them -- they maintained our lawn very well for more than 2 years now and any special work requested has consistently been completed on time or early and usually under estimate. read more

I've used CitiTurf for about 7 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service that they have provided me.

Punctual, professional, thorough, and I appreciate the touch of cutting in different directions every time. There really is no reason to call anyone else. CitiTurf is the best and most reliable service I've ever had in 15 years. read more

Would not recommend due to poor customer service and unreliable mowing schedules. Mowing service is ONLY offered if you have a weed/fertilizer account with them as well. read more

I inquired via website, but I also called in and spoke with someone. The lady specifically said that someone will call me back. If it was just an answering service it was not a good one either. I was literally rushed off the phone. The email address that you said you sent to was not the correct email address. My suggestion is...if someone had called in then call them back. Or your answering service will have to be improved in the "service" department. read more

I couldn't advocate CitiTurf more. I started lawn treatments with them about three years ago when my yard was being overrun by weeds. They came out, inspected the yard, and started treatment immediately. I got onto their cycle, with them coming out additional times for spot treatments. The results were not immediate, but then again, they shouldn't be. After one year, I saw a dramatic reduction in the number of weeds and by the second year... I had the best looking lawn come spring! No regrets keeping up with them, and now they also handle my mowing and flowerbeds. Best service around! read more

A couple of years ago my neighbor was using their services and I was "maintaining" our lawn. Suffice it to say, his was consistently green and weed free and mine was brownish and had patches of weeds each spring and fall. I decided to start using CitiTurf and have been very pleased. Although more costly than do-it-yourself, it gets done on a regular basis and if you have an issue that requires another trip, they'll stop by and attend to it. My lawn is now green and weed free like my neighbor's. read more

Best lawn care in Collin Co. Got away from them when I moved to Allen. Big mistake. Now I have them back and my lawn looks great!!!

Anyone can mow, edge and trim your landscaping. Where CitiTurf shines is their customer service. Anytime there is a rain delay, an email is sent keeping you posted on when they'll be back. Receipts for monthly charges are promptly emailed and I've never not received a receipt. Anytime I call (which is rare), there's always someone who answers the phone. The employees who actually do the work are top-notch too. I've never had a single complaint with any of their services. They take great care in trimming around the garden and not damaging my vegetables, and they never hit any flowers. I couldn't be happier and have recommended them to others. And I'm one of those who is extremely picky on how the work is done because I've always done it myself until recently. read more

We have used Cititurf for almost ten years now. They have cut our lawn, maintained our flower beds, and killed our weeds. We even used them for pest control when we had an ant outbreak. They show up on time, work quickly and leave our lawn looking like carpet. The office staff is always polite and professional. Thanks, Cititurf, we appreciate all you do for us. read more

Excellent landscaping and fertilization company. They go above and beyond and my grass looks great.

They do a great job and show up the same day every week. A little pricey, but they handle virtually everything.

Whenever we have a broken sprinkler head we call them to come out to fix it! It seems like it happens often... They come out quick! They fix it right and at an affordable price. I can't ask for anything more. read more

I thought I was going to need new grass. My yard looked like 100% weeds and I needed help! In 6-8 weeks Cititurf literally had it looking like turf! I have kept on their fertilizer and de-weed yard spraying program and my yard looks so healthy! You can tell which two houses on our street use Cititurf. I like that I can call them whenever I want to do a one time mowing, they don't mind at all. I also like how they email me the day before they come so I can make sure my doggie door is closed. I am one of those pain in the butt customers with a lock on my fence, I gave them the code and have never had any issues with the backyard not being done. Cititurf is one of those rare companies that actually cares about the work they do and their customers. A+! read more

After months of trying to maintain my yard myself and failing miserably I decided to hire a professional. I contacted several local companies and most of them never even showed up. One day when I was visiting family I noticed a Cititurf truck in front of their house. They said this company did very good landscape and yard maintenance work, and were very reliable. I called Cititurf and they were quick to set me up. It has been about a month now and my yard looks awesome! I am very pleased with Cititurf, and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been a CitiTurf client for the past year and I love their service. They have always been on time and their billing is accurate. They take care of it all ~ the weekly mowing, the weed control/fertilization/ant killer stuff; crape myrtle trim; bush and flower bled trim and cleanup. Their service is worth every penny because my lawn looks great year round. Thank you CitiTurf! read more

We have been using Citi Turf for several years now, and what a difference they have made. First of all, I would like to say that when we knew our lawn needed some help, I called several different companies. One of them never called me back, the second one just tried to sell me their products and were so push, and then I came across Citi Turf. They were so easy to work with, very professional and affordable. You should see our lawn now. It's nice and green and plush. Well worth the money. They are very kind and helpful and when you call, you actually talk to a real person, and a helpful one at that. I have recommended Citi to my friends and they have all been very pleased. read more

They are always prompt and quick. Lawn has never looked better since they began mowing it.

We moved into our home two years ago and the lawn was awful. Since Cititurf has taken it over (believe me I tried others) they have turned it into the envy of the neighborhood. We have the greenest, plushest (is that word?) yard on the block. Reliable, great communicators, I always know what to expect. The best decision we ever made when it comes to lawn care. read more

I've used them for weekly lawn care for a year now. I've also asked for help with some grass issues around the house and with the sprinklers. Good prices, prompt service, always notified if there will be a rain delay and genuinely helpful tips for lawn care for new homeowners. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

CitiTurf was my lawn service company for several years and now that I've moved from their service area, I am missing this company! Communication is on-point regarding rain delays, they always show up when they are supposed to and do an excellent job. (Never once had to have them come back to "fix" their service) The ladies in the office are just as wonderful. You will not be disappointed by hiring this company. read more

We have used CitiTurf for around 6 years. We have used multiple services offered by them and honestly couldn't be happier. We've had offers to switch and save a few dollars a week, but after all the years of great service we have never veered away. We couldn't be happier with the services they have provided over the years and others in the neighborhood have noticed and since signed up. Keep up the good work and good communication CitiTurf. You're doing everything right in our opinion! Our neighborhood looks great with all your help. read more

We've used Cititurf for about 8 years in 2 different homes in Frisco and I can't say enough great things about them. They are extremely easy to communicate with (email is great), they are very responsive and I can always count on them to be fair & honest. On the very rare occasion I've had an issue, they have bent over backwards to make it right - even following up to ensure their solution worked and that you're happy with the end result. Jonathan's team has always been professional, courteous and reliable. Did I mention they have autopay so I don't have to worry about weekly checks?? Given the numerous landscaping companies we've worked with the last 20 years, we are thrilled to continue to work with Cititurf because our fabulous yard/landscaping is one less thing we have to worry about! read more
