We used CitiTurf for the summer of 2014. I sometimes travel for work so the summers that I am going to be travelling a lot I usually hire a lawn service. This summer was a little different in that we were relocating and I wanted to get my house ready for being on sale. I hired CitiTurf because they had all of the services i was looking for weekly mowing, weed treatment, hedge trimming and flower bed clean-up and mulching. All of the prices for the work were reasonable and I received weekly statements outlining the work and charges for the proceeding week. The work was great the weeding and bed clean-up were fantastic, we have some unusual plants in our gardens and have had trouble with yards services in the past pulling out some plants thinking they were weeds in the past. CitiTurf crews were knowledgeable of the differences and none of the garden plants were pulled only the weeds. The weed control was great as well the weeds in the lawn were under control in just a few weeks and this was accomplished at the height if the summer heat/water restrictions. The hedge trimming was done well too. I have no complaits about any of the work they did for me. In addition to great work the crews that come out are very efficient and complete their work quickly. It's not just one guy and mower that comes out it's a crew of three or four that can mow my yard in about 30 minutes. This is great for my family since we have a dog that gets a little worked up when there are strangers around. The quick work limits the time he would be agitated. the only drawback fro me was that my house sold quickly so that my relationship with CitiTurf was only a few months, I wish i had called them in the past instead of the lawn services I did use. I had thought that with their large crews and fleet of vehicles they would be expensive which is not the case at all. So if you want a lawn service that does great work, works quickly, is on time, communicates/responds to you as a customer, reasonably priced and provides all of the lawn services you would need choose CitiTurf you will not be disappointed. Made the switch to CitiTurf about 6 weeks ago and was immediately impressed. My old service just wasn't getting it done and the appearance of my yard was suffering - grass growing around fenceposts, into garden beds, into tree rings, uneven edging along sidewalks and curbs, and most of all it seemed the grass was cut to a different height every week - never any consistency. Enter CitiTurf who I made fully aware of my gripes and pet peeves about how my yard should appear. They listened and I have yet to find anything to complain about. My yard has not looked this good since I used to maintain it myself a 3-4 years ago. With my old lawn service, I used to have to inspect the work on a weekly basis, complain constantly about what was not being done by their crew, and more often than not I'd find myself in my yard every few weeks pulling bermuda out of beds, rings, from under the fence, etc. When CitiTurf took over I walked my yards the first 2 weeks they mowed and realized that wasn't necessary anymore. Their work is meticulous and my lawn has never looked better. The value and quality in relation to the cost is more than competitive. And they are very informative if and when there is a delay due to weather or other factors. Right now, I truly believe I'd be hard pressed to find a better lawn service than CitiTurf. These guys are great. They charge me the same price as my last two lawn companies that used to do our yard but they do a much better job! They always come on the same day of the week(except the one day it actually rained last year!) and they dont let my dog out of the gate like my last service did. I had a sprinkler sticking up in my back yard and they did break it. I know those things happen but they did fixed it right away. And they even lowered the sprinkler so its not a hazard sticking out of the ground anymore (-: Hi Crystal W! If you are a real cititurf customer you should definitely give them a call and they will take care of your problems. They answer the phone and take care of my needs very fast and they are very pleasant to deal with. In a year and a half I have called in 3 or 4 times and they have answered my call every time except once. and that one time they actually called me back! My last company never called me back! If you don't believe me call them right now and I bet you'll hear "Cititurf this is.....(PERSON'S NAME)......." I bought my first home last summer. I admit to having zero experience with taking care of a yard (and zero desire to do it myself), so I had gone online and read countless reviews on various sites. After seemingly endless research, I hired CitiTurf for lawn mowing services. I love that I didn't have to lock-in to a long-term contract. Since last summer, I have also hired CitiTurf for Lawn Fertilization/Weed Control and Hedge Trimming services. They make working with them so easy - if I need to add or change (or delay) a service, I can do it very easily either via phone or email and it's always handled correctly the 1st time. I always did the fertilizing for our lawn. I was weary of trying a company...and paying for them. But after all of my hard work (hours of weeding even though I had fertilized) and purchases of fertilizer, we decided it was time to give a professional a try. A friend recommended CitiTurf and we have never regretted using them. For the first time since we moved into our home (6 years ago) I do not have to spend hours of precious time picking at weeds that my fertilizer didn't get. We have been using CitiTurf for our nearly 1/4 of acre fully landscaped yard over the past 4 years. They do an excellent job and always keep me informed of any rain delays, ending season lawn service, and beginning season lawn service. We have used them to trim trees as well. Numersous times I have had my credit card company reissue cards when they think that my account has been compromised. Cititurf has always continued to service my lawn and has always been understanding when a charge did not go through because I forgot to let them know the new credit card information. I cannot express enough how wonderful CitiTurf is. My son became too busy with work and school to do the yard work and I am unable to do it alone so I was searching for someone to do it for me. Cititurf was recommended to us from a friend, and they have been great! Look, anyone can mow a yard, but to do it cleanly, leave good lines, mow different directions, tight edges... that's hard. They do a great job everytime, and I've seen them take equipment out of their trucks to "fix" a spot here or there that wasn't perfect after they had cleaned up. I've been using Cititurf for many years including two homes. I haven't experienced customer service like these guys from any other service I use in any category. They just get it done with a great attention toward the customer. They don't pressure you, their cost is very reasonable, their employees stick around, they come as scheduled and if there is a rain delay, they contact you with your method of choice to let you know (email, phone, etc.). Without a doubt the best I have ever used, period! CitiTurf is always prompt, and their work is excellent. We use them for weekly mowing as well as periodic fertilization. They cut a different direction each week and even move our trampoline around so the grass will not have issues. The billing is simple and accurate, and if I call with an issue it is addressed very quickly.
